Yes, Hera is her name.

I wouldn't be able to woo her, however. She remained faithful to Zeus, despite everything.

Plus, she's very wrathful and would probably take offence to me. :sad2:

But I would love a Greek goddess.

I wouldn't mind myself a girl dinosaur if I can't find myself a Greek goddess.

You should sign up to a Greek Goddess dating site, i'm sure they will raise your Mount Olympus :hmmm:

They'll either raise my Mt. Olympus, or plunge me into the depths of Tartarus. :kinky:

Though, such a website likely exists... If it exists there is probably dating of it.

I've wondered many times about that, but I don't have a clear answer. :sad2:

I just gradually gravitated towards it.

When I was growing up I guess I was encouraged to day-dream a bit (and that would become a flaw!). I used to always think about dragons living in forests and such, rather than birds and a badger. Then I started to hear about the crazy monsters of Greece, and then the heroes and gods. It was just so exotic to me. It was a nice far-off place to think about.

As I grew up I guess I looked into it more, and eventually went to Greece too and saw quite a bit of it. I guess I gravitated towards Greek mythology more than others, but have since branched out and have interest in lots now, but Greece is still my focus.

Ahhh i see. I would love to see Greece. Ive been to Corfu which is an island off of Greece but never to the mainland. Id love to see Athens for the history it holds. Holidays spent sunbathing are a waste of time in my eyes. I wanna see all the sights i can and soak up all the information possible.

I feel exactly the same way.

Sunbathing seems like a waste.

Better to make a tour of it and get the experience of seeing places.

Athens is great. Lots to see there, and better if you have a good guide / or follow your own plan planned before. The Acropolis is very good, but it is ideal to avoid the crowds. I wish I could go back there as I'd like to see bits I hadn't noticed when I visited it / bits that are often overlooked.

Another place in the Greek mainland that is great (out of countless others!) is Delphi. Delphi is fantastic.

The majority of my friends all wanna go on holiday to get drunk and lye in the sun. Which is fair enough if thats the kinda thing you like. I very very much enjoy getting drunk but going to another country and not seeing the sights feels like a waste of time. Im thankfull i have a friend like Jim who also has a liking for history and wants to go see all these things and also enjoys a beer. Id really love to go to Rome to see the Colosseum. It would be surreal to stand in a 2000 year old stadium where gladiators dueled it out for freedom and honour etc.

The raptors in Jurassic park were just scary in general i thought as a kid. I was quite sad when i found out that the ones actually exisited were nothing like the hollywood depiction. Sadly thats always the case,

:D I'd forgotten that they were girls.

Yeah. The real raptors were more like angry chickens than the JP raptors.

Though the JP raptors were closer to the Deinonychus in design, which were a bit larger angry chickens.

Modern sketches of dinosaurs now are completely morphed from our popular image of dinosaurs in the 90s.
