Do you have typical traits when you're angry? People can judge how pissed off I am by what I do. I was mad at Danny for summat a while back, and he was like, you can't be THAT mad at me, because you're not hoovering.....

I do housework when I'm mad.....I've always been like that. Doesnt matter what time it is either, Il go in a rage and vioelently polish while muttering profanities under my breath and throwing the hoover around the house xD

At least it gets the housework done :monster:
 
I go silent when I'm angry. And I'll start writing. I write all the time, but it's different when I'm angry.

My music also changes when I'm pissed off.

And I iron when annoyed. It's soothing.

OR I'll go for a walk... it depends just HOW mad I am XD
 
Basketball.

I head to the nearest courts and shoot around. Sometimes even for a few hours. My game's always on when I'm mad. I'll throw on some music like Three Days Grace, and just shoot non-stop 'til I'm chilled out.
 
Yeah my i fidget with my hands. I make fists then open my hands rapidly. When someone asks me a question and i give them a one word answer without looking at them is also a good sign. When i worked in retail my hands were constantly fidgeting ive never been in a place where i got so riled up as there.
I generally only get angry at work. Outta work im really easy going, its like 2 diffrent personalities.
 
Since I normally talk way too much, I just go silent when I'm annoyed. And If I'm pissed off at a certain person, I'll just blank them until I'm ready to speak to them again xD

Or I go off somewhere and cool down, and do stuff like tidy my room to get my mind off whatever it is I'm angry at.
 
I clean when I'm mad too! And I'm a guy. My room is a pigsty now though, so perhaps I need to get pissed sometime soon before it goes a bit overboard... I also tend to draw. When I'm mad and I pick up a pen, some of the grossest, silliest drawings come out, and it always makes me feel so much better. It's like literally transcribing my rage onto paper. I usually don't get that mad over too much though. I tend to talk it out with someone, which has it's upsides and downsides...
 
Pissed? I go work out. It's the only way to cool down for me. It also for some odd reason another gives better results. It's not to noticable really.. I kinda bare down and swallow it and let it out when I'm alone. I usually make a small... smile.. when someone directly insults me.. but it is to only show them that I won't back down. Nothing weird.

As a teenager I used to take it out on my punching bag in the garage, but I don't think that's a great idea now a days. Trains you to be a wife beater, so these days ... more of a music thing. I usually like to drive.. until I get my thoughts out and I still work out quite a bit, but not from anger really.

I'm a very .. Chill mother fawker.

I generally dont get angry, after many years of blowing my top easily I figured out that not much was solved so nowadays I simply try to talk around the situation instead. It takes alot to get me mad nowadays, but when I finally do I get really really mad.
 
I brood on it, let it all out in a stupid outburst of rage which I usually feel like a complete an utter asshole afterwards as I usually say a lotta stuff I dont mean and end up offending a lot of people.

....Kinda how I feel right now :(
 
Something i do to cool down is go to the bar, not alone though i need somebody to rant to. After a few beers i lose interest and happiness ensues shortly. Im a happy drunk so theres no chance of me getting more angry, well there is a chance but its highly unlikely.
 
I listen to music, go someplace without people and sing along. Also, I think about if it's right being angry at the person I'm mad at. If I got cash and it's weekend I go to bar and drink away.

Run my mouth like a bitch usually. It's kinda pathetic but when I'm ticked I let people know. I'm verbal about it. Sometimes my insults make sense other times other times... not so much. Most people find a way to vent without taking it out on the people they're mad at... I rage. It's not smart or violent... but it does bring a lot of verbal heat and questionable language.
 
I never really get angry, to be honest. I'll be ticked off about something, obviously, but neither raging nor complaining does anything, so why bother? I suppose I'm never outwardly angry, I just try and deal with it inside.
 
When I am mad....I usually don't show it to anyone but video games fill my time and even the PhotoShop is always open and such. But then again, those always change, I get angry easily and such but it goes away quickly. I become such a different person if you're the one I am mad at you'll be surprised it's the same Tifa, heehee.

I have a tendency to quirk my right eyebrow when I'm pissed. Other than that, I speak in unusually brief sentences or remain silent.

If I'm alone, though, I'll either scream or cry, or both. I tend not to get very angry at external things, mostly it's just at myself.
 
Noticed something else about my irritation today. Apparently I start bite things. I bite things when I'm in other moods, but this is aggressive "rawrimmatearitapart" type biting.

I also tend to dig my fingernails into the palms of my hands. Eventually it snaps me out of afforementioned "rawrimmatearitapart" frame of mind.

Makes me sound like some sort of animal... >_>
 
That'd be kinky if it weren't so violent.

I have to say though that I am incredibly impressed by the amount of people who claim to control or hide their anger. It's very tough to do. Sadly I know some of you are flat out lying because I've seen you mad at me (lawls) but most of it is believable. It is commendable.
 
Yeah, i break shit... probably not the best way to release my stress, but the physical action pretty much relieves my anger. It's whatever, hopefully I don't ever break something irreplaceable.
 
If I'm REALLY REALLY angry I go completely quiet and do the whole cold shoulder one-word answer thing.

However, if I'm only slightly pissy, I do this thing where I get all honest. o_o Like, I don't care about people being offended so I tell them everything with 100% honesty, including if it's offensive. It's a good time to ask me what I think about you. >_>;
