We will most likely be working on a space colony where people can go in case of nuclear holocaust.
And then we'll stumble upon a portal to hell whilst mining for resources on Mars!
I really do wish America would step up its space program. It's really pathetic, half the time our shuttles are falling apart...despite having better technology than we did when we landed on the moon. Unfortunately, I don't think resources are being seriously considered by the US or other countries.
Now I am wondering, if it's our intelligence that separates us from the animals, and said intelligence is going down the drain in some people....what will become of humankind?
Pfft, you kidding me? People today are ridiculously stupid. It's a degeneration brought about by current society and trends. Hopefully, though, it will be the few smart ones who get into government and can herd the idiotic masses...then again, that could be very bad, since Bush is a prime example of an idiot being the pawn of smarter people. I guess all we can hope for is that the emos all kill themselves and all the wannabe gangstas kill each other in suburban turf wars.
Music-wise, the charts will probably be full of bad solo attempts from the offspring of today's celebrities, and we'll turn into our parents moaning about how awful music today is. xD Then there will be the odd band that are unique and actually have talent, and everybody will love them for just that and they'll sell billions of records, and then the lead singer will either sell-out completely or die from drug OD, in the latter case some crappy bluegrass tribute will go on tour disgracing the once good music forever. Or something like that. >>
That is a scarily accurate prediction. And that is exactly why I'll still be listening to 80's and 90's music and pining for the old days. Imagine that, a 30 year old driving around rickrolling all the youngsters
