Since there are no threads in this area I'm gonna give some information abot Crisis Core:
Set a few years before the events of Final Fantasy VII for the PS1, Crisis Core is part of the "Final Fantasy VII" Compilation from Square Enix. The game is focused around Zack (the playable character) and his ShinRa companions Cloud, Sephiroth, Angeal and a series of familiar and unfamiliar faces. The game's graphics bear a strong resemblance to that of "Kingdom Hearts", the PS2 game from the same developers. The PSP game is set to play out much like Kingdom Hearts, it is an action-RPG, meaning it is based around exploration, real time command-based battles and plot developement (lots of cutscenes). The plot is all about Zack and the other characters lives before Final Fantasy VII. A.K.A. Cloud, Zack and Sephiroth's time as SOLDIERs (or in Cloud's case, a ShinRa grunt). Apart from Angeal, Genesis and the Turks, other characters to appear in the final title are unkown as is the new character's roles in the story. The game looks set to become a worthy addition to the Final Fantasy and indeed the PSP genre, even if it does just feel like a fan service to FF7 fanboys. Release date so far unknown.
