I've heard many things about X-2. Like, "It's fun, but hard." Stuff like that. Is it worth buying or playing? o.o

Well, it's a game some people like and a game some people don't like. It's not a top choice FF game that's for sure. So, it's hard to tell weather you like it or not. People who played X said it's disappointing, doesn't follow the original FFX story very well. It's one of those games that are fun to play when your bored.

I wouldn't say it's hard. In difficulty, it's not that hard of a game. There a few above average tough bosses but thats all.

I'd say get it anyway just because it's a sequel to X, and if you're really a FF fan, you'd play every game anyway. =) Now, I must warn you...it's not the greatest game. To put it bluntly, it kinda sucked, in my opinion. =/ But I didn't regret playing it because I do appreciate the characters in the game. xD

And it's not that hard either.

Its up to the individual. Dont allow others to make these decisions for you. IMO it truly is a fun game and the dressphere system is amazing!

Its OK in my opinion. The worst Final Fantasy game I have played but still fun. I wouldnt say it was hard, I found it kinda easy.

Yeah it was fun, but still the worst FF game to date. You will most probably enjoy it so i reccomend getting it.

I say if you liked FFX then it's worth buying this just to "complete the circle" if you will.

It's not a hard game, I'd say it's easier than FFX.

i liked this game not as much as some of the other titles but it is still worth buying, it has good story line (well i liked it), the fighting style is different and the characters are well thought out

I am currently playing it and I like it a lot. It's fun IMO and the dresspheres and the battle system are cool. I say it is worth it.:D

I quite enjoyed it, it's a lighthearted alternative to the other FF's. Overall, i did quite like it altho iv not gone back to play it as often as i have the othe FF's but i'd say it's worth a purchase and at least ONE play thru

if your expecting a deep complex FF story your wrong
the story stands for everything FF doesn't stand for
the battle and game play stand everything FF dose stand for
When you play this game it's best to think of it as it's own game and not as an FF you will enjoy it more

i say this in every FFx-2 post but why did yuna have to change this way

I though it was fun game… *shrugs* I wasn’t too fond of the actual storyline itself... and how they changed Yuna’s character into a teenage airhead along with her bopsy twin sidekick, Rikku - extremely mind numbing after awhile. Thankfully, Paine provided for some much needed... Satire.

Ah well, gameplay wise this game was a lot of fun, especially if you like doing sidequests.

it depends on what you like.
personally, i thought the game plot could have been a little bit better

I hated this game... Too girly... the characters spent too much time singing, dancing and generally being stupid and annoying.. The central plot was...boring. The dresssphere system, while being different, I found it silly. And the game was too easy. But thats just my opinion

I didn't mind it because it was an extension to a great game (FFX). Though I wasn't to pleased with how the story went in X-2, I was glad to experience the battle system where the girls moved around on every hit. It wasn't "run up and hit ands run back to the exact same spot" battle. It was run up, slice whoever it is, then end up on the other side of them. Probably the funnest part for me was the dress-spheres and battle system.

It has in my opinion the best battle system, it's also fun as hell. X-2 is one huge mini-game. While the story is a bit weak, I guarantee that the gameplay will warrant enough for a purchase.

Before I bought it I was wondering about the aeons a lot. But I thought that the new dressphere system was quite good, though I didn't like some of Yuna's dresspheres. Also Rikku didn't have much clothes on her anyway.
Alas, yes I did enjoy it.

This is one game that made my stomach turn. I like the story and I like the fact that its true to FFX but I hated the Garment Grid and the mission based system. All in all I didnt like the game because of those little things. So honestly get it because it does well to continue the story, but becareful not to snap the disk when you find the gameplay to be crap.
