Katipunan basically translates roughly to 'The Gathering'.
This club is open to all, not just those familiar with the Filipino culture or knows the language. If you want to join, by all means, please join, this isn't an elitist club or anything.
We'll talk about a lot of things, preferably using some words in Tagalog. We can talk history, talk culture, talk family, and many other issues.
Guidelines:
+ You don't have to be Filipino to be able to join; think Filipino-in-training!
+ If you know Tagalog, or Tagalog words, please use them as much as possible.

Great to see this back up again. I think we're the only three left, haha. Oh, I'm trying to teach my kids Tagalog. My daughter picked up quite a bit when she was a toddler (can even sing that song, "Maging Sino Ka Man" by Eric Santos), but she forgot most of it. I mostly speak English at home so it's kinda hard to teach them our native language. But I really should be more persistent with it.
