Kingdom Hearts VS Kingdom Hearts II

I believe KHI started off the story in a great way, but was more focused on attracting customers/gamers rather than enlightening them.

KHII took a step beyond that and tied the story together that was left open with a few loop-holes here and there, and left the gamer wondering why things happened to the main characters and where the bad guys really came from.

As KHII drew to a close you could see the determination in the actions and personality of Sora to find out what was happening to his closest of friends in life. By the end of KHII, both the characters and the gamer holding the controller were able to sit back and go "ahhhhh, I get it now".
 
Both games have an awsome storyline, levels, characters, and etc. But in Kingdom Hearts II, you can use Master form, Valor Form, Final Form and etc. You can play with 2 keyblades and use Roxas. And you don't necessarily have to play Kingdom Hearts 1 to know what previously happened because Roxas gets dreams from that.
 
KHII is more complicated, and more irritating when you replay from the start (for me, anyway. KHI's start was much more fun.), although the Reaction button was helpful, I liked bashing up Cerberus by flying in the air~
I also liked Riku's char design better in KHII. And the opening~ <3
 
i liked to play kingdom hearts 2 more because there was always something to do
i thought i had gotten everything but i found out from a friend about secret weopons too and i thought wow the squere enix put a lot of work into this
 
well i lliked to play KH2 more because it had a more in depth understanding in between all the characters and the way they made the gameplay feel so realistic.
 
KH1 is better imo, just because of the Roxas thing.
I hated playing him. Everything else was awesome though...
 
I liked KH2 better.

It had a darker environment and was more playable than KH1 was. The Roxas tutorial/story was a great addition and it felt great using him. Seeing Sora and the others age 1 year felt refreshing and the story was more compelling.

KH1 felt too childish and boring. It was a great game in it's own respects, but it could have been better. It had some foolish story parts and everything was too childish.
 
KH II because it felt like the series became less of a spin-off of Final Fantasy/Disney, and more of its own series. In KHI, the only non-Disney villain (other than heartless, well, he is a heartless, but... just shut up) is Ansem. And I'm leaving out any other spoilers on purpose.

KHII, Organization XIII took the place of the Disney villains in KHI. And Organization XIII were original characters, not just Disney rehashes. Sure, you ran into Pete every once in a while, but there was a lot less Disney in KHII than there was in KHI.
 
Personally I enjoyed KHII much better then the KH, although the first one developed the characters, made them into what they are in KHII, but still I think that the plot of II was better, sort of. It did suck that we weren't able to visit some of the old worlds that were in the first one, save for the few that we were, but it was also nice to see some new worlds and get to explore the castle more.

All in all I think I prefer II over I.
 
i really liked kh2 my fav characters gotta be riku and i love his limit break techinieque the 13 swords and session so kh2 is alot more unique the reaction commands were also very usefull
 
I enjoyed Kingdom Hearts II much more, there was more to do in the game plus adding great disney movies like the Lion King,Mulan, and pirates of the Carribean was a good touch. I also liked how they improved the character's appearances. The Story was much more interesting and revealed answers for questions plus mickey was actually kick butt in that game xD
 
Kingdom Hearts 2 is a great game. It has better story, it has Organization XIII, Sora's Forms. But I somehow likes KH better because after all KH it's begining of the great story. And it's lot darker and mysterious than KH2.
 
I like II more, more to do and complete and its much more hard than the first, although sephy owned in I, I think. No competing with that :awesome:

And KHII had better worlds to visit hello Beauty and The Beast?
 
I'd go with KH1. KH2 was filled with too many scenes rather than gameplay in my opinion. but i believe both are still good :-)
 
Its hard to say. Granted each had its advantages, but I'd go with KH. It was created before Roxas, Org XIII and the story was much simpler. Also, you could actually fight in Atlantica. There were things on the side to do, like Trinities, Dalmations, Treasure Chests and to me that felt a lot better. KH2 changed the mysteriousness of Hollow Bastion, AND TOOK AWAY TRAVERSE TOWN! =P I liked that place. In short, The entire story of KH was a lot simpler, there was none of this 'nobody' stuff either. So the gameplay wasn't as great but tbh, I never wanted to leave Destiny Islands. I hope they make that place playable again^^
