Lag-free Dissidia?

This may sound like a stupid question, but I need to know. I have a old PSP fat (think they are called PSP 2000) and my expectations for Dissidia are really high, but I wonder: Will my PSP fat be able to play Dissidia without any lag?
I played Star Wars Force Unleashed and that lagged sometimes. Just want to know what you think since I guess no one really knows for sure ^^'

EDIT: I manage to play Crisis Core without any lag btw. If that helps.

I'm assuming it should be lag free, since as far as I know, all PSPs are programmed the same, so it's not like a newer PSP will be lag free and an older one won't.

I could be quite wrong though.
 
Well. I hope you are quite right. Not as fun to play Dissidia in a laggy state.
From what I´ve read, the loading times on the smaller versions are faster. I hope it is just that though. Don´t want to buy a new PSP (can´t afford that now). :(
 
it wont lag. it might be .00000000001% less pretty than it is on the psp slim, but it should not lag to my knowledge
 
Oh, I hope that's true. I'm using the 1000 series myself D=

I've noticed a little loading time lags a few times when I played other games, but I hope that won't happen with the fast paced fighting of Dissidia.
 
i have a 1000,but i use it for hacks,i was going to get the dissidia bundle when it comes out,but im going to wait till the assasins creed psp,or the psp go comes out,because i want to get the best experience i can playing
 
Well a while back when I was watching Dissidia videos online in the comments (particularly to tournament videos) they mentioned players experiencing lag, so odds are unless the US/european versions are made better we should expect similar events at times.
 
There's definitely lag in online Dissidia, but it's not being caused by PSP versions, at all. Adhoc Party seems to cause most of the lag, since even Japanese players, in the same region, experience lag playing online.
