Let's Play Final Fantasy 9!

Pretty nice videos, I want to see how you'll handle the last bosses (and maybe optional ones, if you end up killing them)

I finished replaying the game again too, the party I used was Eiko, Vivi and Freya. I don't like using Dagger she just feels like an hindrance to me, with just summons and lack of Full-Life whilst with Eiko she can use Holy and easilly hit 9999 with Holy Boost and decent magic.

I gotta say, the fight with Hades was the most fun out of them all. Stole Robe of the Lords on first turn then killed him without him doing any damage at all, he just died while trying to use powering sword. xD

Valentines: I'm not sure why I've got so few views either. I'm not too bothered, but it did nearly stop me early on lol. I agree that Memoria has a great mix of easy and hard bosses, although the only truly hard boss there is Necron imo.

omega: Yeah, most people in Ebbw walk through town with their hands down the front of their joggers/tracksuit bottoms. Gotta love the place :/
A bit more animate...I guess I get more confident and a bit louder as the series progresses, if that's what you mean? Not sure how else I could improve in that sense. :)
I haven't done any sidequests that require any real effort. I did all the sidequests once, and don't really want to bother again.
Alundra is gonna kill me with those puzzles. The fact that I'm gonna get lost on that overworld over and over is gonna be evil too. Don't worry though! I'll make sure to cut stuff out if it takes too long :D

Rukai: I already know how I handled those last bosses, mwahahaha! Not doing the optional bosses other than Hades. Can't be arsed :gasp:
A lot of people seem to prefer using Eiko to Dagger, but I can't get rid Dagger. She's such a good character that it's hard to remove her from the party. Besides, chuck auto-regen on your party and full-life isn't all that necessary. As for the holy thing, that would be a huge help :)
Wow, Hades didn't hit you once? That's impressive! I stole everything for the videos, but he doesn't have much worth stealing seeing as you can get everything he has easily enough before you go there.

It does look interesting, but I'm not sure if it was released in the UK. Was it translated into english at any point?

I think I've decided on my next game sorry. It's still by Working Designs I think, if that'll convince you to watch? PS1 games are region locked too, and my ps3 is a uk one. If that pack is for psp, then I can't do that either, because I don't have the cables/capture device to work with the psp.

Could that be Lunar?. growlanser Generations is for PS2. Either way if the game is lunar i might watch.

This episode has the Lich boss, which can be the toughest of the 4 guardians, if your party are the wrong levels. We also make it through the crystal world, or Crystaria as I call it. I'm sure that's the proper name for it...but there are no results when I google it. Oh well lol.

I was watching your video's today, your pretty decent I can see/hear the passion you have for Lp'ing keep up the work

a small tip, what do you use for video editing, as I noticed your video is in a 'black box' it might help if you try and get the footage in full screen, as having the black box can put alot of people off for some reason, if your using sony vegas, just turn off keep aspect ratio :)

Hey thanks, I don't think I'm too good at it, but I'll always take the compliments :D

The black box has always been a problem. Because I'm playing on UK games, I have that grey box too, which doesn't help.

I always use Windows Live Movie Maker for editing, and I can't find anything that removes the black box on there. I tried Sony Vegas once before, but the video took hooours to save. I just went back to my WLMM.
I've always had a problem with that black box...bloody thing lol. Fortunately my next game is an american version though, so I'm gonna check that out tomorrow and see if it's any better.

it kool, the thing is with lping is just being yourself that all you can do...

I;'ll research up about the black box and windows live movie maker.... but I don't see why using an EU version over a US version would make a difference, it the framerate that changes, not the aspect ratio :wacky:
