Hey folks, with the Blue Castle done for now, we need to head on back to the village of Bistritz alongside our newfound party member, the master of the castle!

For the most part, this episode showcases what's going on in Bistritz and resolves all the issues there. We have a boss going by the name of Tindalos too, which really does remind me of a cerberus lmao :D.

Episode 20 - The Burden Exchange

Hey folks, today we have a very important plot point that will become much more important later on; Alice sacrifices so much of herself in order to save our Yuri :(. Speaking of: welcome Yuri back to the party! Yay! Woo! ;)

Along the way to this, we check out the locked tower of the Blue Castle in order to wrap all of that up and we take on the boss at the top! We also check out how tough Fox Face is now in comparison with how he was at the start of the game! :eek:

Episode 21 - Alice's Toilet Troubles

Hey peoples, it looks like Alice is fighting old women in toilets again...she has issues :/.

This is all a part of our time spent in Prague that includes a boss! Olga isn't so bad but you need Alice leveled a bit maybe. That's never a problem for me since Alice is a character I always want in my party when possible :).

We also check out a new town by the name of Rouen, which happens to be where Alice's father was murdered many moons ago. It's sad but there are happy times when Margarete returns to the party! Yay!

P.S. The capture card crashed during a very obvious point during this episode. It's been so long since that has happened :/. I think it was during Golden Sun: The Lost Age? Probably.
 
Episode 22 - One Smog-filled Afternoon

Hey folks, I think I just saw Oliver Twist in London 0_0. London is one of the better towns in the game, not only because of the music played there but also because of the whole orphanage scenario :s. I mean, look at Joshua. He's the perfect Oliver Twist impersonator...I'm surprised he doesn't go around asking people for more soup or summat :/.

Before all that though, we wrap up Rouen and take on Olga as a proper boss in the church! She isn't that bad but she uses all different kinds of elemental spells so you can't really choose your party based on elemental weaknesses ha.

Episode 23 - Men In Black

The Night Stalker isn't a hard boss but he has a fair amount of health...I guess that can be said for most bosses lol. At least it's not another mutated Dehuai! That boss is just to kick off the Orphanage dungeon too, so buckle up! Of course...we'll be doing the actual dungeon next time lol.

Other than that, we check out London some more and meet the London Rats, which adding a new party member to our little team! Halley is great for everything but his spells only target one enemy so there's that to be mindful of...and he only has a small amount of SP, like Alice. I think if you want to use Halley, you might as well remove Alice from your party and keep SP management that little bit simpler. Another note about our little orphan: he learns a spell for most elements as he levels up so he's good for most boss fights, probably.

Hey folks, today we're heading on over to the Calios Mental Hospital in order to save Halley's mother! It's probably about as hard as you'd expect, with some security and some...very interestingly locked doors. I really love this place, other than the cockroaches. Those are a pain in the arse :/.

Hey peoples, we've pretty much beaten the dungeon section of the mental hospital so now we get to see what's hidden away in the basement!

2 bosses incoming. One is Rausan; his time in Shadow Hearts is so short-lived but meh. I can't say I particularly cared about him lol. As for Olga, it's her last attempt at taking us down! She's not too much harder than last time so I wouldn't worry about that one either ;).

Finally, we wrap up some more plot in London and nab something that's absolutely vital (i.e. mandatory) for the good ending! More on that another time ha.

Episode 27 - Meeting The Welsh Nut!

More importantly though, it's time to go to my home country of Wales! I'm not sure why the only person in Wales is a complete nutjob but I'll take it! Why is there so much bacon everywhere? :/

Hey peoples, it's time for us to go under the land of dragons and see what the ruins hold! The puzzles can be a bit tough, but to me it's mostly due to the huge amount of backtracking if you get it wrong.

Episode 30 - For The Greater Good

Hey folks, after a wee bit of main plot between Halley and his mother back in London, we head on out for optional stuffs!

For the good ending, it's all about nabbing the oath grail, reading it, filling up your malice to red and taking down the 4 masks in fights in the right order (Grail, Gold, Staff, Sword).

Other than that, we check out the graves in the graveyard and do a bit of fusion upgrading. Sorted!

Hi peoples, we've made it to the final dungeon: the Float! The enemies aren't too bad here yet but there is one type that's really irritating later on. For now though, a status ailment here, another one there...no big whoop :).

Before that though, we check out what happens at the graveyard now that we're on track for the good ending! Atman, the ultimate mask, is a simple boss. Just keep healed up and watch out for those status ailments again :).

Hey folks, we'd better carry on floating through the final dungeon, huh? It's all pretty simple so far, but now we have coloured barriers to deal with. Not too bad :). Our biggest obstacle this episode though is a boss: Soul Block! Just avoid using physical attacks and stick with skills/magic. Easy enough but it's pretty time consuming :s.

Hey folks, that's the best name I could think of for this episode lmao. Still, more of the Float is tackled today, with the warping maze and 2 bosses taken down: Hate and Scapegoat. Neither are really awful as bosses go, but that maze...not my favourite part of the game!
