I have generally found this game quite easy as most of us have. But my house decided to have a power cut while it was saving so it has corrupted my save data, unlucky for me!

The thing I want to do with me new file when I start it is to try and Level grind through the game so I always
have a full Crystarium

I don't think it would be much of a challenge I know but I want to do this, has anyone else here done this at all!
 
How is this possible? Your Crystarium only adds levels and you only gain new roles as you progress through the story. Or am I wrong about this?
 
Yeah I know what you are saying but I want to
complete as much as possible before it expands and then I will work at that bit
if you understand what I am saying!

Also there is good enough reason to get more EXP behind yourself while grinding!

So far I've done this and it hasn't been too hard until now. I'm at Ch.11 and it requires a lot more CP per sphere (8-10k on average) but the fights pay more CP (1.5-2k). I've been grinding and getting as many hunts out of the way as I can. It makes the process far less boring. Instead of teleporting I walk to each destination. Simple things like that seems to help quite a bit.
 
oh i understand now what you are doing. hm i may do this myself! lol I'm always all worried I didn't update the right role or something. :-/
 
That's the way I got when my file wasn't corrupt! But I think it might just be easier for the main story anyway I heard other things that are very hard later on!
 
yeah be prepared for some long long and afew hard battles beat the game and get the full Crystarium then the grinding is annoying but it pays off when your fighting giants and not dieing
 
I've done this before where you grind and max it out all the way until you can expand again. I mean, where i'm at now its a pain in the arse cause it takess o much CP points! :gonk:

But, yes, i think its something good to do early into the game while its still cheap x]
 
Yeah its good to keep your crystarium maxed out always before you get new expansions this assures you you are powerful enough for upcoming fights. Later in the game you can fill it easily once you get the growth egg.
