Does anyone know the name of what i'm talking about?

It was a limited (to 4,000 pieces?) Chocobo sim card.

i'm not sure if it was tied into FF7, but it was released around the time of the compilation.

Can anyone help me find it cos i really wanna buy it

I don't know of any other type of SIM card so I assume it must be for a phone.
 
yeah it was for a mobile phone (cell phone for the americans)

It was so damn limited, i just want one to show off with but i cant even get hold of one

nope, it's a normal sim card, but only 3000 of them were made, so to have one, it's extremely rare. They go for alot of money on eBay, too much for the average joe such as myself to spend.
 
Wow.... and I thought having the FF7: 10th Anniversary Edition of the PSP Slim And Lite was worth bragging about, that's nuts man! Sadly I don't really want one, but that is an awesome find!
 
O_O that is FAR too much to pay for a sim card, I think Id just cut my losses and not bother :wacky:

That is so cool! I would love one of them, not that it would work here anyway, but it would be cool to have as something to show off ^^

I figured it was a Japanese made product, but didn't realize it'd cost that much on the market.

However, I remember when I collected basketball cards back in elementary school, and gold-covered ones like that were jacked up in price too.
 
$100 bucks? I'd pay it.. uh, maybe. Those are really neat. If I had some cash money on me and nowhere to spend it I'd pick that up for sure.
 
Yeah i got mine in a ff convention in california after winning two chalenges its very damn limited its a piece of collection. Im not sure how you can get a hold of it now thou.gh
