Lulu at the wedding scene

Yeah, and this it is off topic, but can I ask how you know this? I dont think it really mentions it in the game.
 
i played the game recently and i dont remember it ever mentioning, tidus can hold his breath for a long time.....also doesnt he talk underwater also? If i was cid flying the ship, i would just crash it right into seymour.
 
If I recall correctly, the scene where Tidus first arrives on Besaid and meets Wakka. After the cutscene and you're allowed to walk around on the beach, go and talk to the members of the Besaid Aurochs :) You'll see them talking about how Wakka and some other guy are able to hold their breath for ages. They talk about how long they can swim underwater while holding their breath too. I recall one person saying something about one blitzball player who could hold his breath for two days. So yeah, they dont breath underwater, they're can just inhumanly hold their breath for ages :)

I do recall the scene where Tidus says "Woah" underwater. Though I think that was just a bit of a silly thing on Square's doing =/

Also, on that short story about Yuna before FFX-2. I can't remember what its called, but its the japanese-only one which shows how Rikku came to Besaid and enrolled Yuna into the Gullwings. In it, Yuna is talking to Tidus in her mind, and explaining to him that she's practising to hold her breath underwater (Obviously in an attempt to feel a connection with him again, awwwwW) and has made it up to two minutes.
 
YEHHHHH i sore that 2 and also in luca when tidus kimari and lulu jump to the boat u dont c lulu jump u only c kimari and tidus jump and lulu is just on the boat all of a sudden
 
Wow I never noticed Kimahri carrying her. I always just though that they never showed how she got down there because to be honest I couldn't imagine Lulu getting down there in that dress of hers.
 
How can you guys be suprised by the fact Lulu can't jump very high? have u seen the size of her mammaries....bajesus! I'm gonna goo look at the video of Kimahri carrying lulu its just another example of the lengths these guys will go to for each other in there duties as Gaurdians.....I think I will play FFX again !
 
AHAHAHA!! I never even realized Lulu didn't slide down the ropes, let alone that Kimahri CARRIED her!! I lol'd when I saw the picture someone posted! Haha awwww, there's something sweet about Kimahri carrying her down.
 
Yeah I was playing it a while ago and I thought to myself, where's Lulu? But you are right Khimari was carring her. As for those ropes you will notice that they are strong enough to handle the Airship as it swings around where they are planted. It was an ancient airship from a very advanced time.
 
I never really noticed Lulu either way during that part of the game. It still amuses me to this day, mainly the part with Seymour later when Yuna was nearing that ledge.

Seymour: This is foolish. If you fall you'll die.

It's not like you have a Summon or anything that could possibly save you...
 
Never actually realized that, but well, in the first place, it's kinda funny that they were all sliding down with their normal shoes.

Whatever's up with Lulu wouldn't surprise me as much
 
One of the better scenes from the game,I think.It's the music that sells it for me;just that sort of "epic shit is about to go down"anthem Uematsu is the master of.

I never thought about it very much,but I do remember one time when I was replaying the game,and as I was nearing this scene,I wondered how Lulu got down the cables.:hmmm:But then I saw Kimahri carrying her and I thought it was funny and cute all at once.:P
 
I also had to go watch this scene all over again! It was crazy, but short when I saw the giant blue lion carry Lulu. Lulu isn't very capable of getting around in that big ole' dress, huh?
 
Lol, I did not notice this. That's so weird. Me and my sisters always just thought she disappeared. Pretty interesting.
 
Wow, I feel kinda special in that I noticed Kimahri carrying her on my first play-through! *beams*
 
I know this is off topic, but I would've married Seymour...hmmm :)

And Lulu's outfit is probably the most ridiculous contraption I have ever seen. She would've probably gotten tangled up in the rope with all those belts had she tried to descend on her own. Does she even wear shoes?
 
I never really payed attention to the fact of how she got down, i was more worried about Kimahri's (sp) feet, i mean the poor Ronso doesn't wear shoes so the whole sliding down the chain thing must have killed his feet, sliding down a chain barefoot, not something i would want to do.

but after finding out that she is carried down, i will have to back through the game and check it out, because i think it would be quite cool to watch.
 
Whoa I never noticed this....I've watched the scene loads of times as well.

Watching Kimahri and Auron slide down the ropes was just comical,having Lulu slide down would look hilarious. But that's the thing with Nomura, his character designs are good but not suited to some scenes. If Lulu was wearing a badass tomb raider-like outfit she wouldn't of looked so bad during that scene.
 
I want to echo what everyone else has said - Kimahri was carrying her.

I admit, I didn't notice this at first because you only see her for a split second so I had to watch it again with the intention of looking out for her.
