To me, these are still among the best FPS games money can buy. Despite the fact that not much really gets changed in their games; just the country you're fighting in, they're always great to play. I haven't actually played on one since Rising Sun, but I'm going to be getting Vanguard soon which looks like it may be the best since Underground.
So are there any other fans?

awesome games although i preferred call of duty, it was more challenging than MOD i love WW1 WW2 games so much especially first person shooters

Call of Duty is far too easy I think. Not that MoH is much harder, but still...
I don't suppose you've played Vanguard have you? I know no one who has and I want an opinion on it before I buy it.

no i aint played it.
i preferred call of duty aswell because u work with other soldiers as oppose to goin at it alone

I bought Medal of Honor: Frontline when I first bought my PS2, and it was alright, and probably my favorite in the series so far. I think it just gets repetitive of how many World War II games that have been and are being released for consoles all the time; gets kinda old.

True. MoH is tougher. As you actually die compared to CoD 2.
Plus you rarely ever get any allies, so that stinks.
But the espionage aspect of the game is unique, which makes it awesome, which makes it a classic FPS.

I finished Frontline on PS2 and Rising Sun simultaneously. That's how much I liked the game.

Medal of Honor, unfortunately, isn't worth looking into anymore. The series has gone downhill ever since the release of Medal of Honor: Frontline.

WWII games are lackluster to begin with. If you gotta play one, play Call of Duty.

The genre of WW II shooters grew old when nearly half of every shooter seemed to be based around it. XD

As *Capn' Parka* put it, if you need to play a WW II shooter, play CoD II.

Amen to that. How 'bout WWI shooters?
They didn't care to make those, didn't they?

20 second reload time.... would be stupid.

All they need to do now is make a MMORPG around it, eh?
*I love that idea*

Yeah, I can see it now.

You walk around shooting nazi's as your awesome control over machine guns grows more, and so does your accuracy and rate of fire! Yeah!

And the FF....I mean, WW victory theme plays...excellent.
They hire Uematsu to compose the dramatic score and Spielberg directs the action....
yes, I can see it too.

MoH has no sense of reality. On one of the more recent games, the player could go into an invincible form with infinite ammo.

Uh...neat...

Which one is that?
I'd like to know 'cause I'm not buying it.

I mean, the toughness of the game is something to respect.
I dunno why they'd make it that much easier....

European Assault, is it? Yeah, Medal of Honor: European Assault. Avoid that game like the plague.

My favourite so far is Underground...i don´t know why but it´s one of the few shooters that i actually enjoy!

Must be from the french accent:rolleyes:

I've never played underground as I started on Frontline for PS2, but most MoH's are awesome anyways.

But hey, since the storyline on MoH stays basically the same in the context of WWII, it's only received graphics upgrades, hasn't it? I guess if you do just keep upgrading graphics, it eventually runs out of steam and becomes redundant. Problem familiar?

Yeah, Underground is by far the best, and it was probably the hardest one to complete (still haven't done it). Have you gone back and played it though? It's damn near impossible to play because you can't use the analogue .

Haven´t played it in a long time...maybe i should replay it as i don´t remember any missions after the Greek Islands...

That makes me wanna play it too!
Can anyone give me the storyline... obviously if there is one?

Is that PS1? Cause I remember one from that console.

Yeah, Underground was for the PS1 and it was amazing (I thought). I can't remember much of the story, probably because I didn't pay much attention to it.
