Red 13 of course, talk about anything with him. Also rikku or yuffie. And well, since this is fictional, i would probably try to seduce her. Also and of course, Quistis, geez, i mean, quistis just deserves some love, Cuz she wasnt going to get any from anyone in FF8

I would first ask him to teach me to jump so high (might come in handy) and try to chat with the guy without him walking away from me or something.
then I would steal his motorcycle.
....and he would kill me...
 
Kuja would be nice to meet when he was in a more friendly state in his last moments of life. Poor sap.
