Pooley, regardless of my position being in question, I still am a Gmod. As such, don't belittle the jobs of the RPG mods, please. They still hold the ability to warn, infract, and ban members. They are equal to section mods only their section consists of the RPG forum section and the RPG its self so please don't downplay their role or the importance of their opinions.

Regardless of their power, though, that doesn't make them approachable, which is what Pooley was saying.

No offense, but you're merely an RPG mod. You wouldn't be anywhere near the top of my list of people to contact. Though it is good to know that you're there.

I have access to the staff section and I can issue infractions and ban. So maybe I am not a Gmod or an Admin, I am staff. What could the rep do that I can't?

Like I said, I didn't mean any offense. It was just my view.

I didn't actually realise that you could infract outside of the RPG. That's my bad.

Anyway, the member rep would "tap the staff's shoulder" so to speak. They would raise the issues in a wat in which they cannot be ignored, and point the staff in the direction of things that need resolved.
I know my arguments haven't been great in this thread, but the system was used on ACF and it worked pretty well. It would've worked better had the senior staff paid attention to the section. But that's not for this thread.
