Forgive me if this is a dumbass noob question. I keep hearing that there is a Mognet Central out there somewhere, if you ride a Chocobo. I prefer to level up by fighting, so have only ridden a Chocobo once and haven't "upgraded" to any color but yellow. How do you upgrade, and when you do, where is Mognet Central? Help is much appreciated.

Now all you need to do is upgrade to a light-blue chocobo.
It's a must.
EDIT: How to upgrade. Basically, you need to play the Hot and Cold game. You'll find the treasure for a chocobo upgrade, which is to light blue Choco. That's Chocograph #4.
