Anyone have a specific morning and night ritual that they go by every day?
Mine varies from the working days to the weekends. I don't have one on weekends, I just do whatever.
During the work week I'm up at 6:30am and only give myself an hour to get ready and out the door ready to start at 8am.
I wake up and have a shower straight away. I'll probably be in there for around 15 minutes, 25 if I want to wash my hair as well.
Then I'll get into my work uniform, and then take my work bag out to the kitchen and prepare my lunch.
Then I'll go back to the bathroom, brush my teeth and do my makeup which will take around 10 minutes.
Then I go back to the bedroom and put on my jewellery and reading glasses.
Then I'm done and ready to leave.
It really isn't a difficult routine. I'm too tired to be bothered with crazy hairdo's and perfect make up just to go to work in, so I do the bare minimum which I make sure is also presentable.
No breakfast for me. Can't stomach the stuff in the morning and I don't allow enough time for it either.
Then when I come home I put my bag back in my room, take out my lunch containers and such and put them by the sink.
I'll then go take off all my jewellery and then have a shower and put my workclothes in the laundry room.
That's as boring as it gets. Nothing weird or wonderful happens in my day to day routines.
Does anyone here have something they have to do every day during their morning/night rituals? Something that could be detrimental to your health if you didn't do it?
I know some people that will spend about an hour just doing their hair and makeup in the morning. No thanks, not for me. I can't stand make-up caked onto my face and my hair is too long to do anything fancy with in a hurry. <_<
