Music plagiary. Did Psy Gangnam Style copy the "One-Winged Angel"?

I was listening to the Sepphiroth's battle theme and found it very simillar to a song, but didn't remember what was.

Originally, I confused it with "what does the fox say", but them i've regonized with the Psy "Gangnam Style".
Actually, PSY vocals pretty much match the music from FFVI itself!

I'm pretty sure the version of One-Winged Angel is a piss-take, yo! It's not the same as the original (I have the album on Spotify here).

I so wish I had some kinda animation of the FFVII team and Sephiroth doing the Gangam Style dance to that. Now I'm gonna be thinking about this the whole playthrough and I just finished up at Fort Condor and am heading to Junon. lol.
