I did mean actual materia and I think counter attack sounds pretty good. Personally, I think he'd take a shine to the 4x-Cut materia or enemy skill/mime. Because even though Cloud is totally untrained with that big ol' sword of his, he's got a natural skill, and I can see him using mime to pull out the stops and use the enemy's attacks against them. That is what we call skill, folks.

And I actually had enemy skill first, but I changed it to counter attack. I never got 4x-Cut and I got mime the other day but not sure what it does...:olivia:

Mime will have a character equipping the materia to copy the last action a character did on the previous turn. For example, let's say I put mime on Cloud. Let's say the turns go Cid, Tifa, Cloud (for a random example). I have Cid attack, Tifa cast KOTR, and Cloud use Mime.

Because Tifa cast KOTR on the turn previous to Cloud's turn, Cloud will now cast KOTR even though he doesn't have the KOTR materia! And if you want, you can keep skipping Tifa and Cid's turns and go straight to Cloud and he will imitate his imitation, and keep casting KOTR even though he doesn't have the materia. You can do this endlessly. It really helps when fighting Emerald Weapon. The only thing you can't imitate is limit breaks.

Um. Destruct or Meteorrain. He's a Leo. Which means he's ruled by the sun so I always imagined him as a fire-type of person which is why I think he'd like any fire-type matera. :lew:

Holy Materia, because it does nothing xD But I actually think his favorite would be Bahamut, unless we mean magic Materia then I guess maybe Meteor too, since he has an attack that is meteor based as well!

I have no idea. :hmmm: Maybe something with action and like CIA/Spy type stuff.

I'm just gonna say Burn Notice since it's about everything i think Cloud would have interest in. Muscle cars, action, spies, etc. All that stuff I can see Cloud liking. :ohoho:

The song is about whether or not you're gonna do something. And I think that's something Cloud struggles with all the time. He's prone for making mistakes and having regrets. So a song about if you're gonna do something whether it's good or bad is something I can really relate to Cloud.

lol that's quite the mix, Calipso! I'm impressed. I've only heard a hanful of those, but they do fit him perfectly I think.

There was this one song, I totally forgot who does it or the rest of the lyrics, but I do know that it starts out with, "Let the bodies hit the floor..."

I think that'd fit Cloud pretty well. Because when you get right down to it, there's a lot the man has to be angry about. Righteous rage.

Probably Dare you to Move by Switchfoot I think, it really matches Clouds role and part in Advent Children and everything he's going through seeking redemption/forgiveness even though he has to be the one to forgive (himself)and moving past a difficult memory or mistake.

Good pick, Tori! Never would've thought of that, but it definitely fits when you think about it in the context of Cloud.

As for hobbies, I can see Cloud making miniature motorcycle models. I don't know why, really. I think he's got a thing for them and would make 'em as a way to unwind at the end of the day. Seems to fit his rather low-profile ways.

I don't see Cloud doing something that would involve tinkering with small things... but I can definitely see him blowing off time by tinkering on his motorcycle/car. It's something I can seriously see him doing. :lew: Besides out driving the vehicles around as well.

Cloud laid? Been there done that, Cloud was too cocky in the beginning of FFVII not to have given a few ladies a lil' sum-sum in my honest opinion, I think that the part of Zack in him took care of that :tehe:
