Pirates of the Caribbean 4 [Trailer] 2011

No negativity here. My favorite character is Jack Sparrow (Johnny Depp), so the lack of Will (Orlando Bloom) and Elizabeth (Kiera Knightley) does not bother me much.

I am so over POTC!!
the first was amazing and the second and third were just terrible. I can't see this being any better, also Jack Sparrow is becoming very overrated very fast and so is johnny depp as an actor. He used to be my fav but I hardly find him impressive anymore.

I will still see this movie but I am going in with low expectations...

Okay, now I'm interested. Another POTC movie with Barbossa and Teague? Yesplz.

Jack Sparrow is becoming very overrated very fast and so is johnny depp as an actor.

I didn't get tired of his "Jack Sparrowness" until Sweeney Todd.

there are very few characters that johnny depp can play now without being likened to jack sparrow. i think sweeney todd and his characters from a nightmare on elm street, and secret window are the only exceptions.

Fixed. Sweeney Todd was totally a Jack Sparrowism.

Tony (Imaginarium of Doctor Parnassus) was something else entirely. He was the swaggery charmer type, but it didn't remind me at all of Jack Sparrow.

Also, I should point out that the other two movies you listed came before POTC in the first place Sweeney Todd was totally a "LET'S PACKAGE JOHNNY DEPP IN SOMETHING ELSE FOR FANGIRLS TO DROOL OVER" move.

I think it has petential. I mean I loved the first 3. And in my opnion they just got better as they went through. I loved orlando bloom though so that will be a sad loss. But its a pirate film and a Depp film so not seeing it is just not an option for me.

I was actually very pleased with this when I first saw it the other night.

I wasn't at all bothered that Elizabeth and Will weren't in this one.

Apparently they're meant to be in number 5 and number 6 anyway. XD

I wasn't too annoyed with Penelope Cruz's performance either. Usually I can not stand her or her accent. But she was actually pretty good in this movie.

Johnny was hilarious as always and I adored Phillip and Syrena. <3 I really do hope they elaborate on those two in the 5th movie if they really do make a 5th. <3

I loved the film when i saw it, the 3D in the cinema wasnt very good, ths was one of the films where waching it in 3D made very little dfference at all. But the overall film was very good and i didn't really miss will and elizabeth in the film.... And i love jonney deep as jack sparrow he does such an amazing jokb as him through the films i can't inmangtion a pirate film without him in it :/
