Question regarding posting a graphical request for an on forum related project

I am working on a mod for Darkest Hour: A Hearts of Iron game. I need a lot of graphics folks volunteering to make edits of pics of planes and tanks and such. Would it be ok if I posted a request? I saw the rules on advertising and am not sure if that counts as such. Thank you for your time in advance.

The rules apply here also, however, I have to give a fair heads up that the amount of graphic designers active on our forum (myself included) are very, very few. I can't think of anyone at the top of my head that would be available time wise to work on this with you.

I figured the heads up would be fair enough, but yes, site rules apply here, which, I appreciate you actually reading!
