Sig:
If I'm going to be completely honest, I find the colors boring, and uninteresting. The effects are nice, but the colors really don't help them. Text should be on the other side, and not far away. The lighting is good, and that's probably what makes this piece for me. 6.5/10

Avatar:
Better colors, but the execution of the overall look could be better imo. 6.5/10

8/10. I like the idle posture of the stormtrooper and the lighting is donequite well. But overall I think it could do more with some colour around the trooper. Other than that, it's pretty good.

Avatar: Nice use of glow and contrasting colors to make the image interesting; text is also interesting and the varying colors for readability actually look pretty sweet in their own right 9/10

Sig: Same as above, with a few other things worthy of note, too. The additional scene and bahamut detail available in the sig also really add to the image's intensity and character. Animated grain effect tops things off quite nicely. 9.5/10

Avatar: First off all, the stock itself is... just unnecessary BUT! I do like the blue shading around her. It's a nice soft touch. However, it's a bit on the plain side. Simplicity is great but I feel like something else could have been done... perhaps text or some kind of clipping mask. SO! it gets a 4/10.

Signature 1: I love the warm colors, they give me a fall vibe! I like the effect on the text as well, the transparency is a good touch. I really actually quite like the light orbs all throughout the piece cuz it gives the sig a very finished look. I also like the render placement and I think he sits amongst the effects very well. However, I do wish there was a border of some kind, though. There's too much negative(empty) space to the top left and bottom right for it to not have a border to finish it off. This sig gets a 5/10

Signature 2: I'll put aside that this consists of two colors I cannot stand (green and blue :wacky:) I DO like the lighting done to the render, and the color usage actually gives it a 3D vibe, tbh, and that's actually pretty sick. The scattered effect is nice, I think it's a bit too blunt though (it's not as feathered out as I'd like it to be IMO) but it's still nice. I'm not really feeling the two random light orbs to the right but they work. The only major thing that I feel could be done to better the sig is if there was a border added and if there was some text put in it to take up all that negative space over to the left. Also, the saturation is a tad much. It makes the tag look burnt. :/ I give this one a 7/10.

I'm starting this thread again in a more appropriate - and easier to find - section, however, as this is a post count section, posts must be more constructive than those in the last thread.

You give a rating out of 10 for both the signature and the avatar of the person above you and state why you gave that rating.

For example -

Avatar - 7/10 - Just a crop from the sig but it's been cropped in a good place and looks really good!

Signature - 8/10 - I love the mystery to this sig, you picked a great theme. The image blending is done nicely but the text lets this down a bit as it's too large.

Hello guys!
I am "The Remo". I like the avatar a lot also the signature is quite immense. so i gave 10/10 for this............

Since Remo has no set yet, I'll rate Cali's too! :)

The sig is incredibly vibrant and dynamic. I envisage Nathan surrounded by fire, just as he was in the mansion in UC3 (that scene was one of the best!). He walks through it calmly, cooly, his attention instead focussed on what lies ahead. Alternatively, he could he trapped within a sandstorm. It's very fitting! The blending is utterly fantastic and the splattery brushes create movement. The rough brushes create a wild and rugged ambience, linking to Nathan's adventures! I'm not sure if this was intentional or not, but hey! :) At first, I liked the fact this piece had no text, but looking at it more closely, I feel it needs a jungle-like or urban font to complete it. :hmmm: Perhaps something which uses the darker colour of Nathan's clothing to balance the colours out even further. Apart from that, however, it's amazing. ^_^
9/10

The avatar is quite simple and I am a fan of using people's backs. :lew: The framing is fantastic and I've always preferred minimal effects. Why isn't it bigger, lady? :gasp: 9/10 (-1 for size)

I likers Bahamut and your set it pretty rad ^^. The avatar has really nice lighting and the rain effect is really impressive The text looks really cool too. The stock is nicely blended into that brick looking pattern and the simple subtle accent of the border seems to complete the effect very well. It's definitely a sig from Uncle Ulty. It's got his style! The set as a whole gets a 8/10. It's simple, eye catching, and it works really well.

Sig: I love the colors and effects, although I'm not a huge fan of the font really :hmmm: but everything else I love ^_^

Avi: It's nice, but doesn't really match :hmmm: But otherwise I like how it looks creepy and yet mellow at the same time.

Overall 7.5/10

Icon: cute cute cute!! :ohoho: I give it a 10 cuz it really is a perfect icon!

Signature: I think the tag is simple but effective! It's really soft and dainty, and adorable! the placement of the stock and the background smudging is just a really sweet touch! The font is sooo pretty, I love the cursive writing but the coloring is my favorite! Pink and yellow are two of my fav color combos so of course I love it! 10/10.

Pic: Really nice angle on the persons face, bright and colourful and rich with detail so I give that a 9/10
Sig: Nice gif of the same person dancing, nice font for the Chevelle so I will give this a 5/10

Icon: Needs lighting. As it is now, it looks like just a crop of the original. :/ Not a big fan of the stock, it's quite strange :lew: But I give it a 7/10

Signature: I like that there's stuff done to this, the texture usage is nice and there's a good depth to the piece, the lighting is soft and simple, which is a good thing. I don't really like the grey gradient on the text, though. It seems a bit dated, but the placement of the text is very nice. Not a huge fan of borders that wrap around an entire piece but it's still a nice tag. :3 7/10

Avatar: No avatar, so I can't rate it :hmmm:...

Sig: 5/10 Small, but once you see it you notice it's cool (even entertaining, if you ask me :gasp:), but still too small :ahmed:.

Avatar.... red, just far too red.... I can't really see what it is... 4/10

Sig - I do like the text, and the image is pretty cool, the background is a bit boring and the face is too far to the left... 6/10

Avatar - 8/10. Nice quality, I like the touch of red.

Sig 1, 9/10. The brick wall seems really unrelated, but still cool nonetheless.

Sig 2, 7/10. The text is too out there. Would have been better if it wasn't so gigantic, and in your face. The comic cutouts are nice idea.

Sig: A gorgeous piece! The colours are simple, but the gentle monotonous tone works so well! The effects are excellent, as always. If you placed the render in front of a background, I can't tell; it looks like an edited stock. If it is an edited stock, then I really love what you've done to transform the flow, creating a soft texture. :) I'll deduct one point because it's missing your awesome text. ;)

9/10

Avatar: A sharper version of the sig. I do llike the fact it's a bit sharper, actually. :hmmm: And a little brighter too? It's well cropped, and the fact it's a mirrored image makes it feel a bit more varied somehow! :)

9/10 (P.S. I love simple avatars!)

icon: 7/10
I like it cuz it reminds me of a comic book. but i feel like it needs a little more... just a personal opinion though. ^_^

sig 1: 8/10
i love the unique quality it has with the rain effect but i feel like it needed a little more to it. maybe some textures or vectors... idk, maybe it's just me.

sig 2: 7/10
A for effort for the pop-out quality it has. i feel it coulda used some color changes and a bit more effects. the font is placed nicely but i couldn't help but noticed its jagged edges. :/

still, it's bad.
