So I guess we check our rep via our UserCp. According to Mark, it starts out as 10.

Edit: Actually, you can also just click on your own rep button, and it'll show you how much rep you have.

Orange = nothing (roughly 0 rep/not known)
Green = Popular
Red = un-popular
Black/grey = disabled rep system
