Personality: Rosie is a shy, and very scared of anything. She does not like to fight and is usually a damsel in distress. She always relies on others for back up and cannot seem to look after herself. Searching for her lost sister, Rosie dreams of finding her one day. Rosie can be very intelligent, but she hides it.

Equipment: Mobile Phone, Photo of Mum, Dad, herself and her sister.
Special combat abilities: Agility.
History: Rosie suffered from memory loss when she was involved in a car accident, Rosie struggled to gather the pieces of her memory and still cannot put the jigsaw together. Her mother and father were wanted after being part of the biggest bank heist in years, and were shot dead. Rosie had to flee with her sister, whose name she has forgotten, and hide. Rosie woke up on day to find her sister had gone and Rosie would have to cope alone. Rosie still cannot remember everything, but is slowly beginning to piece it together.

Personality: Seiji is one who gets along well with people, he does a lot sarcasm and is the one who does the cheering up for most people. He has an act first and think later philosophy, where he charges, head in first, thinking that quick and easy is the way to do it.

The Katana he has was picked on an abandoned Japanese foreign shop that sold a variety of bladed weapons.
The M93 Raffica he has was found on a dead Soldier's body on the street. It has no ammo, making it virtually useless to keep.
Equipment: First Aid Spray, 2x Handgun Bullets (He Carries them around a string, which makes good for a Necklace)
Special Combat Abilities: High Jumping ability, Swiftness. He's able to climb, get over anything with ease either by jumping doing flashy moves such as blackflips and sideflips. Or he just gets there the fastest out of anyone else.
History: Like most accidents that have occurred with Umbrella, Seiji's parents were workers for Umbrella. Thinking that they were scientist, but really they were merely test subjects for their Bio-Weapons that are being created by the T-Virus.
This all happened when he was 16 years old. When he knew that his parents weren't coming home that day, he frantically searched everywhere. Going from street to street shouting out their names. A day later, he came back and a soldier came to his house and told him that his home was to be quarantined. Not knowing what happened, he went with the soldier and there the soldier reported him to a secret base that was controlled by a few STARS officials. Because the soldiers saw potential in this young man, there, he spent being trained and being taught all he needed to know about being a soldier and was taught all that the soldiers knew.
Though he never went was actually registered with STARS, he was officially hired by some of the STARS elite members, those of next to Albert Wesker's Rank. He spent day after day training, striving to be a part of something now that he didn't have anything left to protect but his memories.
He is now 19 years old, and finds himself on the streets of Raccoon City's ravaged streets. There he hopes to find survivors alone for the time being.
