this Rp was someone else's idea, that ihave taken frmothe origonalpost, but it was a damngood RP, so im gonna start it again, (Credit to shattered memories)


RP Name: Resident Evil Outbreak
Classification: Blood and Gore, fiction, present time.
Year: 2007
Location: Raccon City- mid western town surrounded by the Arklay Mountains, the Arklay Forest and the routes leading to other major cities. It's quite urban, though it has several rural areas. Currently, the city was set under quarantine due to a bio-hazard outbreak caused by an incident in a mansion located deeply into the Arklay Forest.
Here's the RP Thread:


Current Status: Critical
Objectives: Survive while finding a safe escape route before Umbrella destroys the city with an atomic bomb.

Rules:
-Everyone is human regardless of your RP bio.
-No magic
-Swords and other weapons are admitted, though keep in mind we are trying to survive. We can't pawn the enemies so easily.

Raccoon Police Officer: As an officer of the police department, your duty is to ensure civilians survival. You have access to most areas inside the Raccoon Police Department. Your appearance should be similar to a police officer.

Umbrella Agent: soldiers placed under the command of the Umbrella Corporation. Their outfit should hide their identity unless the character wishes to be known personally. They normally have heavy machine guns and work in secrecy. Their mission is to retrieve samples of the virus and eliminate are threats to Umbrella.

Appearance: Eron is tall and slim making it easy for her to move around quickly and almost silently whilst on a mission. She has mid back length black hair tied up with a silver ribbon and gold hair pin. Her eyes for whatever genetic reason are two different colours the left is a deep crimson colour and the right is a light blue. She has a very soft bone structure so her face and body looks almost to smooth to be human.
Job: S.T.A.R.S
Equipment: Dual Desert Eagles, Equipped with red dot sights. A few bandages for the scrapes and injuries no threatening whilst moving around the battlefield. Kevlar vest and helmet although she doesnt tend to wear the helmet.
History: Eron joined S.T.A.R.S after moving to Racoon City from her family home, after her parents died in the house she didnt feel happy living in the same place and decided to sell up and move onto a new place. Racoon city is where she settled and vowing not to let the same thing that happened to her parents happen again to any other person.
After working for the Racoon City Police deparment and performing more than was needed of her she was finally after one particular incident involving her saving her whole squad from an explosion, she returned to the RPD after being patched up for minor injuries and found a representative of the S.T.A.R.S wanting to talk to her, after she had had a long talk with the representative she found out that they would like to recruit her expertise for use as a member of S.T.A.R.S.
Without a second look she agreed.
Since that day Eron has gone on countless missions and racked up an extensive body count.
That was nothing compared to what was about to happen to her......

Appearance: Josh is a semi goth in highschool so he dresses in alot of black. His hair is down to his shoulders and dyed blonde which gives him a peculiar appearance. He waers a backwards cap and wears a black jacket with a blue shirt. He wears gray jeans.

Job: Civilian

Equipment: Whatever he can fine. Although he wears layers of clothes that alone won't help him...

History: Josh moved to Raccon city with his parents a few months ago. He is a very sharp student in school and is a misunderstood genius. Since he tends not to fit in at school, other students label him as "goth" and a freak. He's very tactical due to playing many videogames.
Josh was born with a heart condition that has passed over the years. When he was little he used to pass out from heart attacks brought on by fear. Today he has learned to calm the condition and carries viles of emergency medication with him, even though he hasn't had a heart attack in years.
Little does he know, his worst fears may come true...

Personality: his medium length black hair, pale skin and penchant for the colour black in general has given him a reputation of being Emo, but he is actually very bubbly when you get to know him

Equipment: 2 9mm barettas along with 8 clips of ammuntion and 2 combat knives (the two with knuckle guards) just in case. a few (3) medikits for if he gets banged up or if he needs to help someone. the standard issue kevlar vest, a packet of richmond king size cigarettes, a lighter, his fathers ring and for sentimental reasons a photo of his team after their last mission (just before hell was set loose).
History: from a young boy he had known that he wanted to be a cop. his father had been one until he died performing a heroic yet tragic deed. he died a hero and thats how he will always be remembered. xander became a cadet as soon as he was old enough and surpassed the unarmed skill of his own instructor within the year. his munitions skill wasnt that bad either earning him medals for marksmanship. so amazing was his accuracy with ranged weapons it came as a shock when he joined the force and ignored ranged weapons all together using instead his fathers favoured weapon. the 9mm baretta. along with his standard issue baretta he wields his fathers baretta too. after a while he set his sights on a higher law enforcement agency and tried to join s.t.a.r.s. he failed first time but due to his determination and desire he passed the second. since the beginning of last year he has bonded with his team as they are the first true friends he had. after their last mission he managed to get them to pose for a picture with him he carries that picture everywhere with him

Appearance: An African American, DJ is a tall, skinny kid who could blend in with the gangs and the hustlers in his neighborhood. His hair is tied in cornrows and is black in color. Deshawn wears a black T-shirt and blue long jeans.

Equipment: He can carry a variety of weapons, his experience shooting from his time in the projects.

History: Born in the projects of Raccoon City, his mother was very poor and his brother was killed in gang violence at the age of 12. Ever since, he was caught in the middle of on again-off again violence before Umbrella set up shop.

DJ is a survivalist, he managed to survive the rapings and the killings in his neighborhood, and that made him strong. He is optimistic that he would finally get away from Raccoon City and live a comfortable life. Sadly, he may just get that wish.

Equipment: APS carries with him a standardized 9mm pistol, and his own custom light machine gun that shoots more quickly and has an attachment for better handling. He also carries an assortment of grenades, and a tactical knife.

History: APS history is a mystery to most who are not APS. All that is truly known about him is that sometime in the early 90's he joined the special Umbrella forces. He quickly rose to the top of the ranks, and became one of the most efficient of the soldiers.

Even though APS has brawn, he also has brains when it comes to computers. He has an uncanny knack for hacking terminals and accessing mainframes.

APS has no known connections with the outside world.

Can he survive the horror?

History: Stephen spent his life Excelling in sports and other physical activities, his academic life on the other hand wasn't all that great. Stephen was always known as a jock, spending his time on the sports fields instead of in the class room, Stephen was always the person that others said was bound to be a professional in some form of sport. Stephen's parents were both scientists working for the umberella corperation based in Racoon City.

At age 16 Stephen's family were murdered by a biochemical agent, in an inncodent in a mansion that lay in the outskirts of town. Stephen hated the umberella corperation, but jumped at a chance to work for them due to the pay he would receive, it was close to that of a proffesional footballer.

Working for Umberella for 6 years, Stephen worked his way up through the ranks, becomming the Greatest agent the corporation has seen, Excluding Albert Wesker. after a mission went wrong for Stephen, and he failed to kill the scientist he was sent after, Stephen was 'let go' from the corporation.

Stephen was shot three times in the shoulder and left to die inthe middle of a Street in racoon City. Luckily for Stephen, a Girl walking past phoned an ambulance and Stayed with him in the Hospital until he woke up.

After he did wake up, Stephen couldn't believe what Umberella had done, and vowed to destroy the company. Stephen has spent the last 3 years in Racoon City, trying to find a way to bring down the corporation. he will be given his chance soon enough, but the question is. . . .

Will he live long enough to do it?
 
Despite my internet issues, ill be joining. I was sad that the other one closed. Another question is, are we allowed than 1 character? I plan to transfer my two characters from Darth Revan's Resi rp (with some changes of course). If it isnt okay, then ill just create a new one/two, but here they are first.

MAIN CHARACTER:

Name: Hild Vangelis

D.O.B: 7/6/1989

Appearance: Refer to pic if you can't imagine my worded description

Hild has long, straight pinkish hair that reaches past her collar bone which curls slightly at the end. Her clothes consist of a light, dull brown low, zip-up turtleneck, with a white vest on top, with the middle strapped together, leving the top and bottom open. On top of the white vest is a brown leather belt below her chest. On her shoulders are two small pauldrons where she can clip on her knife. As for the lower body, she wears a knee length brown leather skirt with black skintight gym shorts underneath. The skirt has a split on the right side for more free leg movement. She has a light brown belt on her skirt where she holds the five pistol clips. Slung to the side on her waist is a maroon side pouch. It hangs at an angle. The strap is where she keeps 10 of the 36 shells for her shotgun. On her feet, she wears boots that are almost to her knees. Strapped to the boots are shin length, leather covered metal shin guards. She does not have the red scarf. On her hands are a pair of blue gloves. On her left arm, under her glove is a long black restrictor.

When in action, she wears the typical S.T.A.R.S tactical vest, except hers is white.

Equipment: She carries an M90 C.A.W.S shotgun 8 shot, carried in the holster at the back of her waist and a M6D pistol 12 shot, holstered on her right thigh. In addition, she has two first-aid spray and two [FONT=arial,sans-serif][SIZE=-1]AN-M14 TH3 incendiary grenades stashed in her side pouch.[/SIZE][/FONT] Clipped onto the back of her left shoulder is a KA-BAR kukri knife (far left). Instead of a S.T.A.R.S walkie talkie, she carries a single sided tactical headphone with boom mike that usually hang around her neck. Also, she carries a high powered tactical police issued torch.

Backstory: Hild is one of the least likely person to be an officer. Born and raised in a 'hood and even walking with a gang before in her schooling years, Hild seemed more likely to be a ganger than anything else. However, a vengence operation attack from a rival gang ripped through her suburb, drive-bying and killing all in sight, regardless of whether they are in the gang or not. Her gang was one with what slightly resembles a shred of honour, meaning they wouldnt go senselessly murdering people. Seeing the streets littered with dead bodies and the horror of the gang lifestyle, Hild left the gang behind and enrolled to become a police. Luckily for her, she had a clean record, thanks to her never being caught out in public by the police. Through dedication, determination, skills and a bit of luck, Hild performed brilliantly in the force when she graduated and eventually transferred to S.T.A.R.S through recruitment

SECONDARY CHARACTER

Name: Kumi Akira
D.O.B: 3/7/1990

Age: 19

Gender: Female

Complexion: Asian

Affiliation: Police Officer.

Kumi has a light grey hair with matching light grey eyes which appears to be somewhat dilated. On her ears is a pair of sapphire studs. Her hair is set in the way in the picture. Her appearance is somewhat childish with a cool demeanor.

Kumi wears her normal police uniform as she is a normal police officer (She is a sargeant). Her uniform is similar to the one in this picture (second from the left, with the sword). She also has a hat, but rarely wears it. When on patrol, she holsters all her stuff on her belt.

In more pressing situations, Kumi has a tactical vest with RPD stamped in white on the front. She also has a few additional things of her own. All of these are worn over her normal uniform above. The vest can hold additional magazines and police stuff like grenades, health sprays and such. On her right forearm is a small leather band (like a sweat band) with links to hold the sheath of a knife. On both hands, she has two leather wrist supports with both plated with hard plastic plating of the same make for body armour. This is more for protecting the wrist from CQC and from being shot in the hand. She also has two metal (dull grey) shin guards that are tied on top of her pants when needed and she also has elbow and knee guards, which are tied above the pants.

On her waist is a wide leather belt with a pack hanging on the back of her waist and many slots for sprays, grenades and clips, which replaces her ordinary belt. On her back is a large holster for her longer weapons (refer to image). Her pistol hangs on a shoulder holster beneath the left arm whilst she has a larger holster on her right upper waist for SMG

Equipment: Kumi does not always carry heavy weaponry as she is a normal officer. Usually, she only carries her Beretta M93R, her police issue retractable baton, OC spray and handcuffs along with a smiliar headpone comm system as Hild and her police torch

However, she also has a MP7 PDW, a Beretta M93R, an 18" Ontario military machete, 5 fragmentation grenades, 5 incindinary grenades and 5 acid grenades and carries a smiliar headpone comm system as Hild and a high powered tactical police torch.

Her pistol is holstered under her left arm while her MP 7 can be holstered under her right arm. Any long arm weapons are holstered on her back while the machete is slipped onto the back of her waist. Everything else can be placed either in the elt or in slots on her tactical vest.

Backstory: Kumi was born of an average family with nothing spectacular about their lives. Kumi lived below the radar of everyone as a result of her self consciousness. During police academy, she was inspired by a upperclassmen name Hild who was fiercely determined and dedicated to being an officer and began seeing her as an idol, feeling more determined to give her all like Hild. When Hild joined the police force, Kumi followed along, getting transfered to the same department, desperately trying to not lose sight of her idol. When Hild got selected into S.T.A.R.S, Kumi was devastated. With newfound determination, Kumi worked hard in getting the attention of HQ, trying to get into S.T.A.R.S

Clothes: STARS standard uniform (similar to the one Chris Redfield uses).

Apperance: Michael as short dark brown hair, light brown eyes and his well built.

Special skills: Michael is a great shooter, being second only to Chris Redfield former STARS marksman, he took a small course of 1st aid assistance working as a substitute para-medic for the STARS unit, and being a former burgler he knows how to pick locks and is good in infiltration operations.
Being a former marine he is also a good hand to hand fighter.
He can also drive relatively well.

Special fighting moves: Neckbreaker (like Hunk uses in RE4), Frontal Punch (like Wesker uses in RE4), Roundhouse Kick, Armbar (submission move) and Tackle (charges against opponent knocking him to the ground).

History: Michael is far from being a average day cop, he grew up in the Bronx. Being a white kid in the middle of a majorily black community was not easy for him, he got beaten up almost everyday that he went to school, and was even stabbed by a fellow classmate because he did not want to give him his lunch money.
Eventually when Michael reached 18 years, he left the Bronx and joined the USA Marines, his training was pretty tough and it changed him forever, he returned to the Bronx three years later, and word is that one day there was no more criminal acts in his neighborhood, although it's not confirmed if Michael had something to do with it.:rolleyes:
When he was 22 Michael he was banned from the Marines after disobeying his superior, according to the official report Michael refused to shoot a "terrorist", which is in fact a lie, since the commander ordered him to kill the terrorist family and not the terrorist himself.
Getting kicked out of the army affected Michael, and he turned to crime as a way to revolt against the system.
One day Michael was caught, by Captain A.Wesker and the rest of the STARS unite, robbing a bank in Racoon City. He was captured and sent to prison, but Captain A.Wesker decided to give Michael a chance after Barry Burton (who is Michaels uncle) asked him to put him on the Racoon City Police Academy.
Being given a second chance Michael made the most of this opportunity, and ended up being selected to join the STARS team.

Personality: Arrogant and a loudmouth, this would be the things that define Michael the best. He as no problem saying what he thinks even if it means questioning his superiors. Despite this minor drawbacks, his fellow teammates respect him and know they can count on him for backup, even if it means putting himself in harms way.

Ambitions: Just like any other police officer Michael wants to reach the top of the Racoon Police Academy mountain, which means that he hopes to become STARS captain one day. Besides that Michael always had the strange dream of opening a Video Game store, since he is a fanatic player himself.

Job: Moderator on Several Computer Networking Sites. ex-Hacker.

Alexandra has a adorable face with pink tinted eye lences and has green tinted blonde hair always curled and tied up with a blue frilled ribbon. He top is indigo blue with white two vertical white striped on each side of the chest area followed around with several white dots around the end of the top. Due to her bust size she attatched some ropes that ends into a ribbon to keep the top together. Also on the backside of the top is a third ribbon. She also wears a skirt in the same color that extends down to the mid section of her thighs and long brown boots that almost goes up to her knees.

Equipment: She does not have any weapons, but do always have her fully charged iPhone and a mini-laptop that is packaged into a reinforced backpack makeing it safe for any rough traveling (throwing it off a buildning). She also brings along her first-aid kit which includes bandages, bandaids, painkillers and even a couple of adrenaline shots makeing her viable as a uncertified medic.

Backstory: Alexandra is originally from China where she lived with her mother and sisters. She was the oldest of the sisters and always tended to get into fights when they got bullied, which when she got older got her into street fighting at a age of 14. Her mother got extremely angry and sent her off to live for herself in Racoon City at the age of 16 and has then studied computer science. She then developed to be quite a good hacker and information stealer as she never flunked a test, but gathered all the information from teachers computers and so on. Thou at the age of 18 got cought by her own mistakes and was imprisoned for a year for several crimes around her hacking skills. When she became 19 she left the prison and started as a moderator and a GFX artist for several networking sites and have put her street fighting, computer hacking self on the shelf.

Personality: She is the sweet kind of girl that most guys would be proud to show their mothers. She is determined to do her best and she never gives up on anything even if it is impossible. She is a strong woman, but feels useless when not with others makeing her really co-dependant.
 
So it's my understanding that we are now in a more advanced state in the infection rate of the city then we were in the other RP correct? Meaning there are already very few survivors.
