[RP] In This Life

[OOC: Ohaidere. Sorry for the really late post. But it's here anyway! :D]

Yin

To be honest, I would rather have kept this 'Kos-Mos' under my wing, but since the Warlock would have Fei with her...

... I guess it wasn't for me to disagree.

That, and there ought not be any problems. Perhaps this may be a better chance for me to go over to watch over that Black Knight. Who's to say when he decides to ally himself with the underworld?

This thought had been repeating itself in my mind for long enough, seriously.

Kyaaa~~~ Such an adorable little girl

Eh?! Master? You need Shirou's service?

Eh....? Whats this Fei?

Awawawa! Master! What are you doing!?

Do i hear hesitation? Do you not want Shirou to be away from you?

Ah! No! Take him. I dont give one bit. Not at all, nosiree!

Well, you hear Fei Shirou. You will be coming with me later on.

If Mistress Fei permits....

Much apologies Mistress Fei, but i will have to take leave with your permission.

I don't care whether you stay or go. Makes no difference.

Thank you Mistress.

I couldn't help but chuckle at all this, quickly cupping my hand over my mouth. Shrugging, I joked," Don't miss him too much, Fei."

Just as I chuckled, the grunt started speaking.

“I hope that I have served you well in bringing this person to you. If there is nothing else you will need from me, then I will depart, and report to my unit commander. However, if there is anything further you wish for me to do now, then I will be happy to serve you.”

All these brought her back to mind...

... As far-fetched as the notion may be, she could be an accomplice. Nevertheless, she was merely a grunt, and she had a unit commander to watch over her. That alone is enough for me.

I'll probably have to look out for the Black Knight and this grunt.

Maybe not so much of the grunt, but well...

"Thank you for bringing this person to us. I have no need for you now. Unless the Warlock has business with you, you are free to take your leave."

OOC: Is it alright if i just leave with Fei? Or should i wait for permission from Yin like Mingzhu

Renka

“My Ladies, I hope that I have served you well in bringing this person to you. If there is nothing else you will need from me, then I will depart, and report to my unit commander. However, if there is anything further you wish for me to do now, then I will be happy to serve you.”

"Thank you for bringing this person to us. I have no need for you now. Unless the Warlock has business with you, you are free to take your leave."

Hm....no. There is no more business i have left with you so you are free to leave little one. In actual fact, i think i should also depart. Maru, Shirou summon my palanquin.

Yes Ma'am. Lets go Maru

The duo swiftly made their way to the side streets where my palanquin and its carriers rested and waited and it swiftly came around the corner and stopped in front of the door to the tavern. It was time i excused myself. My caht withLady Kai Yin has been pleasant but what i needed to say to Fei's father was going to be lengthy. I didnt have much time to waste.

Well, Thank you for your company Lady Kai Yin. It was most pleasant to have met our Security Council Leader, but i must excuse myself. I wish you good health till our next meeting.

I bade my farewell with a slight nod and made my way towards the steps, Maru now back at my side at my hand.

And Fei, you best not tarry either.

Ye- yes, Master!

The sun beat down on me as i stepped out of the shade of the tavern. My eyes cringed a bit at the harsh light, reminding me why i enjoyed the night more. Quickly, i stepped into the palanquin with Maru, Shirou following at its side.

Carriers, to the Zhang family complex. Quickly.

Yes Ma'am.

The carriers quickly made off towards Fei's house as i sat with the gentle rocking from the carriers.

Fei

Master had left with Maru and Shirou, but not before telling me to not drag my feet. It was best to take her to the library then. It might make for a mroe intelligible conversation if she could actually learn how to talk properly. However, unlike Master, i have my reservations with this being's learning abilities. What can one day in a library do to someone learning the complex Byakka language? Even many citizens have difficulty at times.

Well.... Lady Yin, I will have to excuse myself as well. I have to take this... Kos Mos to the library as per my Master's instruction. However, if you need of my assistance again, send for a runner and i will be over to offer my assistance if i can.

With a procedural slight bow, i also made my way to the stairs before i realised Kos Mos was not moving. My brows narrowed slightly before i snapped my finger for her attention.

Hey... Kos Mos! Follow me.

Just in case she didnt understand, i made a follow or come over motin for her.

Moro, you lead her.

Yes Miss Fei~!

Moro and her sisters were responsible, so i made my wayh down and towards the library.

Kos Mos

There appear to be little choice in what i was allowed to do, but to follow after the female in regal green and gold robes. She appear terse, strict and proud, a trait that is similar to many nobles within the Galactic Helios Empire. She snapped her finger at me to gather my attention and asked for me to follow. In fact, she tasked one of the small twin girl's to make sure that i followed. This "Moro" was now at my side once more, tugging at the hem of my dress. By calculation, she was little over 115 cm, giving an estimate age of about 8-10 years. She gave a rather cheerful smile when i glanced down at her and not wanting to cause the child problems, i complied with the target now labelled as "Fei". From my new folder of Byakka culture, i followed their cultural manners and gave the target "Lady Kai Yin" a slight bow before i followed Moro down the stairs and after "Fei", the girl still leading me by the skirt due to her height. I quickly took her hand with mine and matched her walking pace in order to make it easier for her to walk more comfortably.

We quickly caught up behind "Fei" who strode down the middle of the streets, head high and defiant despite all the registered looks from the other citizens. Judging by the general style of clothing, "Fei's" dressing style may be the cause, which marks her with another noble trait, which is eccentricity.
