Someone make a thread titled "If you can't access the RPG..." and make an explanation, then sticky it here and at the RPG help desk, cafe, or wherever they ask about it.

or a welcoming pm saying you must have 51 or more posts to access the rpg
This way they will know when they join up

You can play it, I doubt you can 'update' it though. It appears you've already signed up, as you are now level 1.
