The streets of Kent screamed with the words of change. Crowds of people filled the streets, sidewalks, and alleys, looking upon the politician that stood before them. The man stood tall. He was a gentleman, gray with age, but his cold and powerful eyes pierced the crowd with intimidation. Change was what the people wanted, and he would give it to them.
'One people, one voice, one people, one voice, one people, one voice, one people, one voice!'
Chanting began to fill the air in the small city of Kent. The crown was being challenged during these difficult times. In the capital of Aurora, the King was hidden away within his guarded castle. Hiding his face behind cold stone, as an actor hid his face behind a mask. Too hungry to fight back on their own, and too poor to afford weapons, the common people depended on the few that stood up for what they wanted: a new order. They let their emotions out, hoping that the man would listen, and that they would be heard. Who knew, that there were hidden ears listening, and glistening eyes watching.
In the shadows of the building and alleys around the politician and his guard, cloaked figures watched and waited. They are the Sarugon. The elite force who serve the Crown of Ceresia. Skilled soldiers who were raised to kill. Gifted geniuses who use their minds to serve the greater good of all men. They could feel it in the air: change. For the blood of the throne, they would change that.

The Sarugon serve the King and will do everything in their power to stop a revolution from happening. They are given missions to carry out straight from the King himself, and no one knows of their existence but him. Usually, they work in pairs, but depnding on the mission they might be working in different formations.
The Politician's name is Sir Ivan Fenrir. The common people (73% of the population) support him strongly. Meanwhile, the Upper Class (10%) and the Nobles (2%) support the throne. The Church (remaining 15%) are neutral; though there are a few people within the church that take a side. He has his own private army and advisers. Fenrir grew up as a lower class citizen of Ceresia, and became a Noble later in life. Therefore, he has a lot of power.

Fenrir is truly an evil man that wants to have complete power for himself. However, at the same time he does want what's best for his people. He has an influence in the Judges, a council who is second in the Ceresia Government under the King.
I am beginning with six RPC slots (one for myself). Each roleplayer will take on the role of a Sarugon Agent. That means that they are the middle ranked elite secret soldier. I will also be doing the NPCing, though if someone (who is not applying for a character) wants to also help with the NPC's, I'd be happy.
The story will begin with the Sarugon at the capital city Aurora, receiving their mission from the King. Every Sarugon member has to have been a member for at least two years, I don't want any of the "just joined, newbie" stuff. There may be separate threads for each team (they will be divided into two teams of three). I will decide when all slots are filled, how I'll go about the technicals of the first part of this ORPG Series.
If you happen to not get a slot, then feel free to apply as an NPCer, you'll be working right with me :]. And please note that this is not first come first served, I will be judging each one and each character must be approved. Every character, including important NPCs will be put into a thread in the character sub-forum.

Feel free to add any other information that you want to your charactersheet, or formatting for that matter. This is just the bare minimum of what I want. Just be sure to bold the headings, please.

I'm guessing Nova's traveling nature would have her be some kind of external contractor for an occasional high profile hit but she could have settled on the world for a time.
