Sephiroth has to be replaced!?

This villain from the trailers somehow the way his swords move and he moves reminds me kingdom hearts

I think that Noctis Lucis Caelum the main character of final fantasy versus will be the one to upset sephiroth

I doubt so. Noctis' the main character, not the bad guy, apparently. So the comparison between Sephiroth and him might not be possible...

When they created this post, i believed they were referring to others taking over Sephiroth as the villain, not character-wise.

And for the whole Kefka/Sephy thing, Kefka is the better of the two easily
kefka, unlike most villains started out very weak in this game and he ran away from your battles most of the game. that Sephy had. Kefka is the ONLY FF villain to obtain his goal and lets face it...that laugh of his is priceless. He also had some nice whit to him as well.

What I want in a villian is just pure evil, we do not need some convulted motives....some of the greatest villians, real and fictional from Hitler, to Emperor Palpatein, to the Joker, were all plaine evil and just wanted total domination. I never felt a hate towards Sephy, he was just the villian, but never felt truly evil. I want a villian that stampeeds kittens, aborts babies, throws women down stairs, listents to Abba, etc. I just want a villian that is plain evil, but still has some thought to him.

I wouldn't call Hitler plain evil.

Now, don't take this as my supporting him. I'm quite glad the person is dead. However.

Pure evil would generally not seek the suicide way out. Pure evil would probably demand people call his bad drawings works of art, in a sadistic manner. Hitler, while certainly a bad stain on the human race, was not pure evil. That's giving him more credit than he deserves.

So, i found it!!
FFXIII or any future FF's don't need any bad villains who will surpass Sephiroth or any other villain in the series.
As long the story goes with the villain, there are some nice events, he/she/it is cool and does cooool stuff it will be ok for me.

And let's face it.
Nothing will ever surpass FFVII's epicness to character portraits.

EDIT: About the Hitler and Pure Evil stuff.
No human or any creature can ever be Pure Evil. This goes along with the concepts of need and reason and the fact that we humans created the terms of good and evil, right and bad, sort of like judjement thing.
If we see it from the part of the planet everything is done for a reason and for ceratin needs.
Hitler in that case was a person who...just was racist as s*** and wanted people exterminated.
That was his need.
Therefore that's bad for people cause that's how judgement goes and was created.
Well got a bit off topic here but i just wanted to say that :P

While granted you are right really about Hitler, I just used him as an example because he is seen as one of the closet to pure evil people to ever live
 
First of all Hitler was real,Kefka and Sephy aren't.

Hilter was a racist and he was looking to cleanse the world of those he believed that made it dirty.He wanted to make Germany the biggest power in the world.And Hitler had a background he wasn't pure evil,cause no one can be.He was abused by his father and many times he was present when his father also hit his mother.BTW I don't like Hilter,don't want to see this like some of support to him.
Sephiroth was misguided but ended up turning evil in my opinion.
As for Kefka I don't really know,I haven't played FFVI yet,but was he hungry for power?I never really understood that.

You should play FFVI then to witness propably the most Evil, Mad,(did i say Evil?) villain that the Final Fantasy series ever came up with.

He wasn't just hungry for power.

I really hope this with either of the games (Versus or XIII). I totally agree that Sephiroth needs to get kicked off his throne as the 'big' baddie in FF(along with Kefka). I mean what do we want this villain to be like, I think he shouldnt be some crazy guy that has some crazy plan to take over/destroy the world. I would like to maybe see a villain that might actually be interested in something different. Whether it be maybe money(that one might not be the best of motive but still), or something else that isnt what I said above.:P
