lol This is a good story. I originally posted this on another set of forums in Febuary. I thought it was good enough to share with you...

Alright, so about three weeks ago in Statistics class, we had to take an anonymous survery online... so that we could use the statistical data found in the survey for the class. And it asks things like the department we were umbrellaed under, month of birth, minutes on a computer per day, and just a million other questions. It wasn't graded, it wasn't hard, and I rushed through it in about three minutes or so.

Well anyhow, he puts the list up on the projector today of all the listed people who took the test and the answers they marked down. All of this is still anonymous, so no one knows about anyone else... but if you're astute.. you can look through the mix of about five classes and find yourself. So I narrowed it down between department and month of birth. There were about two people remaining and I was trying to figure out which one I was.

Meanwhile, the teacher is up at the front of the class lecturing about how two people who took the test completely messed up the one set of questions by answering the one question in an impossible manner. Basically, on the "Minutes of Computer Time/Day", someone answered 1200 and another person answered 1800. He said that, although the 1200 minutes per day was feasible, it'd mean that only four hours in the day were left to other things... so clearly that was wrong. But he pointed out that it got worse, because someone said they spent 1800 minutes on a computer per day, which means they somehow made up six extra hours in the day! And he's ranting and raving about why this person might have messed up the test... maybe it was on purpose... maybe it was accidental... he didn't know, but he brought it up as a huge talking point on public stupidity in surveys.

So I'm back there listening to him, still trying to find where I am on the chart. I finally find it. The narrowed the other people out by number of work hours and recreation activities... so I scroll over to see what I put for "Minutes on Computer per Day"... I'm the 1800. HAHAHA I leaned over to my buddy sitting next to me, about shitting my pants laughing so hard. He'd lectured for the last fifteen minutes about some moron goofing up the results of the test... and it was me! HAHAHA Omg, I thought I was gonna die of laughter. It was sooo funny. I couldn't stand it.

So later I went back to ask him how to do something in a problem, he helped me, and I got ready to leave. I stood up, took a step away, then took a step back towards him, and said "Oh, by the way... on the 1800... I just added an extra zero by accident"... he looked at me with the "Oh no, you've gotta be shittin me!" face and just started bustin up. Then he asked if he could tell the class and I agreed. I added an extra zero rushing through a meaningless quiz, not mispelled my name on my college entry test. But it was just so funny... so hilarious...

That's awesome. Accidentally put an extra 0... nice save.

I don't really have any funny stories but one time when I was in third grade, it was parent teacher conference night or something and as we were walking in we saw a student on the ground grunting and running around like a pig. My parents never liked that school thereafter.

Oh gosh. I remember this from a long, long time ago! I was around six or something, and my bro was around 4. Anyway, I suppose we were being bad kids and our mom got so mad at us. She pretended that she died or something and it freaked us out! We were in our room at the time and didn't have any lights on, so it was completely dark. There was only a candle light with us...

Anyway, she was lying there, not moving and my bro and I were crying really bad. We were like, "Mom, Mom, wake up!"...anyway, after a few minutes, I was like, "Wait, I got an idea!" I reached for the candle light and poured the liquid wax on her temple. Haha, to our surprise, she woke up and screamed!

Boy, were we happy our mommy was alive again! ^_^

Pfft, that was still a cruel joke she played on us though.

o_O Um... yes that's definitely different. lol And good plan MacGyver... lol "She looks dead... I know... let's burn her" :P haha Glad she was only faking though.

I used to play tricks on my littles sisters. I would wake up real early and take their tv remote and go hide under their bed. Then I would turn it on and they would wake up. They would start making little wimpering noises and when they stepped onto the ground I would grab their feet from under the bed... hahaha they would scream so much and it was so high pitched too. Hmm... now that I think about it I have been having hearing problems recently. XD

Well, this happened recently. I was opening a door and managed to slam it right into my face(don't ask me how, cause I don't know xD )
I had this huge mark on the left side of my face for about 2 weeks. That was a big laugh for my friends. At first they didn't believe me and thought I'd been in a fight with someone.

wow...you people are brutal. haha

um, its not funny but I accidentally 2x up an answer on a scantron and I failed the class cause of it so now Im retaking it.

Oh, and has anyone else walked into a wall while checking someone out. Soooo bad, especially if they saw you

Ok ok I got a good one .... I was about 5 years old my favorite superhero was Superman. So my mom bought me superman PJ's and I ran around thinking I was soo cool. Later on my mom made me my own cape!! It was red and I thought it was so awesome.. I put my outfit on and convinced I now had all the powers jumped from the top story of the stairs!! I remember thinking on the way down " I CAN FLY!! " only to land square on my face:blink:. It wasn't funny at the time but every girlfriend that has ever met my mom she'll tell that story too^_^.

XD

I got another one. In my 8th grade science class, we had a teacher on his first year teaching. Really young guy, and everyone in the class would go bonkers and yell and scream and he would just politely say to calm down and he would never raise his voice. I was alyaws just sitting in the back playing FFTA on the GBA in the back with a friend but then I overheard one of the students asking the teacher all these really embarising questions. Like "Can a pregnant woman have sex? Is it possible?" You know stuff like that and the teacher finally threw a fit and screamed his head off at us.

ah, I can't wait till Im a teacher and get asked those kind of questions. sigh.

Embarassing and funny story. Me and my friend were just cruising and we realized we were low on gas. REALLY low. So we're like, there's a gas station over this huge a** hill. So we go up it...and up..and up...and we run out of gas. It sucked! So I had to et out and push by myself while my friend "controlled" it. Be aware that it was just us two and I pushed myself. Uphill. In rush hour traffic. And it was a f*cking old completely steel camaro. Not cool

moral of the story: make your friend push his own damn car uphill

I have walked into so many cement and metal poles, for no reason. Once, i was talking to some friends, and BAM! face first into a pole. And it wasn't even an accidental thing, just stupidity, cause I was staring straight at it the whole time. another time, I fell off my bed. and you may be like "so?" But let's go over my bed. It's a loft bed, and for those of you who don't know, think bunk bed with the bottom bunk replaced with a desk. And bars on the side. and I actually fell off that shit, smacking my head on an automan in my room.

And another story of the great GM. I was leaning on a god damn chair in class....almost every class where I have non-attached chairs. I have fallen almost every month on those things....

Haha, we have a resturant type thing at our college... anyhow, I went to sit down and somehow the chair shot out from behind me. It like literally rocketed across the room and I just fell on my ass. hahaa

Well there was this time when I studied my ass off for an exam and when i went in to do it, it turns out it was actually the day before.

Since then i've placed a lot of trust in calenders.

LMFAO too funny. That reminds me when i was a kid I got a new pair of shoes man I thought iwas gonna be fast!! I take off at "outside time" around the track. I usually placed 5th or 6th but not today!! I was haulin ass 1st place all the way. I look back to look at how far ahead I was whe WHAM!! right into a damn pole. I busted my nose open and went to the nurse and didn't get 1st place.

There isn't a way to possibly hold the amount of stupidity I've shown throughout my little escapades in life in this one little thread.

Mebbe I'll attempt such an enormously impossible feat later.

The only stupid thing that springs to mind right now is the time i ran up an incredibly steep hill that i usually have trouble walking up. When i reached the top i collapsed in the middle of the road (on purpose, for dramatic effect). What i didn't notice was a car coming slowly towards me (this was about 11pm at night) but i managed to get up and walk out of the way.
