But you do live in England, and if it gets passed, all those bastards that want to raise the age level in England will have more ammunition, and consequently any attempt will be more likely to succeed.I'm not Scottish so it doesn't affect me.
It won't have any real effect as you've all pointed out. However, it does look as if the government is doing something. It's all about appearances.
