Playstation Small or big?

I have the little one like I said and it dose overheat too but at less it does not brak down on you, My Big PS2 was actting varry stupid cuse the Power buttons would not prest in or out It was stuck right in the middle
 
I had to go with the slimline one because my obese one went totally wrong. Even the small one makes funny noises now XD
 
I actually never owned a big PS2. I owned a slim one for about 9 months, then sold it off and bought myself a nice shiny PS3.

OMFG your crazy man. you sould keep the PS2 for about 1 or 3 months then you could sold your PS2 for a PS3
 
My fatty one broke choking on one of those Madden games.
For some reason it hates EA Sports games... xD
 
For whatever reason, the slim Playstation 2 lacks a cooling fan, resulting in many instances where the console overheats.

For that reason alone, I'd never consider buying one. I had a large Playstation 2 before upgrading to the Playstation 3.
 
The Slimline Beats the Original PS2 in every way,it has the PS2 online thing built inside.as well as a proper disctray,the ones that slide out always get jammed i dont like them.
 
i have the slimline Ps2, brilliant, can fit it anywhere, nice and light, sits on top of my original Xbox and doesn't do any harm, my brother had the bulky one when they first released it.
 
Well I used to have a big ps2, the original version, but It unfortunately broke because I used windex to clean a disc.
Yes I know your never suppose to clean discs with windex>_< , but I used a tiny bit on a game that kept freezing and It worked! But looked what happened, this is what happens when you do that so DONT do it. My ps2 eventually started not working properly.



So yeah later on I bought a small version of ps2 and I own that now, I also know there's a silver ps2 out know too.
 
I have them both but the big one is broke he made a big buzzing sound and did something with the disc's in it

is it true that its better to put you ps2 down
they say that if you put him standing you will have problems later
 
I often wonder if sitting my consoles vertically rather than horizontally is the best way.

I like to decrease the surface area because consoles tend to get pretty warm while running. Less chance of overheating.

However, I hear that disks can become damaged more easily if placed in a console that's standing upright.

I can't claim one way to be better than the other.

You're right standing a ps2 vertically instead of horizontally is not good it could cause damage to the discs and problems with the retinal scanner inside the machine. Some people use a base, in which the ps2 is held up but still the same terms apply.
 
I have a slim PS2, the big ones just are just....big! I like the slim version because of the small size and it is easy to put almost anywhere.

I have a fat PS2. Why? Because I bought it when it first came out. There's no reason for a new one. I also have it standing vertically up in my T.V. stand. Go me.
