Something About Sex.

I wouldn't like it if a guy approached me in that manner and just thrust his penor into my face through his jeans and I was pretty much forced to have my eyes flit down there. I don't want to see your crotch. Stop thrusting your crotch in my face. It wouldn't matter if he was being amicable and forward in trying to talk to me, I'd rather him maintain that whole lax "I'm not trying to subtly stare at your bewbs and decide if I prefer B/C cups over C and DD cups" because then it shows that you're not trying to asses me in just a physically sexual manner. Body language means everything in the approach to a girl so one could consider that too when conducting a social experiment like that. Plus that video was all sociological based and it didn't have a wide selection of chicks. It doesn't really prove much.

Hold up... the way you ladies are talkin about this it's like men are vile creatures for looking at women sexually. Let's get real here, a hot lady walks down the street and gets looks - she's obviously loving it. Yeah you get a few odd balls who stalk etc but would she trade her looks in and become ugly to get rid of that problem? I strongly doubt it.

There's nothing wrong with a male checking a female out, especially considering his body reminds him to do it regularly and the female is displaying it (low cut top, leggings, etc).

No one's saying it's vile, Tom. :lew: In fact, if a dude checks a girl out (and I'm talking about not a long awkward stare) I don't really care :lew: I def don't look at a guy as a vile creature when he checks out a chick's butt or breasts. It's normal.

Tom chill out bby. :ari:

Actually when I do wear leggings and short dresses and I get looked at by a guy, it makes me feel damn good it just depends on how the guy's looking. If he's creepy about it and just keeps leering at my boobs then I'm just going to be turned off. Of course, I didn't wear the dress and leggings for this guy, I wore it for myself because I want to look good. But that's besides the point. The point is, I can't control whether a guy's going to be physically "reminded" of how hot a chick such as myself may look in a short dress and some rockin' heels. If he looks then he looks and if he compliments me in a nice way then that's a bonus. Now is he's stalking my ass and trying to stare down my top and undress me with his eyes then I'll probably have to yell at the creepy dude to knock it the fuck off. :)

I'm not really fond of a guy getting his jollies off me really; I mean if he's around my age...a stray glance or an oggle of 'Omg she's so cute' is perf fine :ari:

But I don't wanna see any 30+ year old dinosaurs getting off on me leaning over to pick something up -- and its certainly not justified just because I am wearing tight jeans and a low cut top. :hmph:

Of course checking someone out is okay and totally not vile -- I'll check a dude out here and there, who wouldn't? I just think men are more visually driven than women, is all -- which is what this thread was started over, I think.

Ugh, older guys who do that are the creepiest. Reminds me of this one time when I was with my cousin in Costco and we were running around and sampling stuff 'cause we like to do that. We ran into this 40+ year old dude who had some cracker samples with some spreads and stuff and he kept leering at me. I was freaked the hell out. Needless to say, I didn't go back to sample from him that day. Pedobear. But yeah, I'm not coy about checking out a guy I think looks really fit and hot. Hell, if I'm really feeling him I'll just tell him that I think he's cute. ;)

Make his day and get him to smile. But what gets me in a guy besides how he looks in terms of his manner of dress is how he talks to me and stuff. But yes, men are definitely more visual.

After doing my best not to teal deer most of this thread (totally got a feat of strength for that one), I had several things to say.

1] If I had a bag of jelly beans and ate one for every logical fallacy I could point right off, i would've paid about $3 at a candy shop. If I ate one for every time i laughed, snickered or made such a noise at hilarity or stupidity, I'd have eaten the rest of the bag.

2] Generalizations are exactly like stereotypes. Yes, there's fact behind them but not everyone follows them.

3] I demand that the Rainbow Coalition be represented in this. On a side note to that, I'm a man and I would rather read than watch a porno and my ability to imagine is superior to most.

4] Thanks for making me laugh; I needed it after the shit that happened recently.

i'm just going to say this, it depends on the girls, some like to be looked at and enjoy men giving the 'oh she cute' look, others don't. but if a girl wearing a short skirt or short cut top, i'm going to look as a male. i do tend to be given weaid looks when i look at a hot girl (but it more of a 'Holy Shit it a armless man' rather than a 'stop looking at me perv' thing) but if a girl wear cloths that show off, you are going to get looks, yes the 30 year old men looking at the young woman are pervs and should be slapped, and stalking a girl just to have a look at boobs or bum is just sick, but a quick glance and a 'hey hey hottie there' look is more than fine, it only natural it men hormones and minds that is just part of science that men can't really control :)

In before imminent fail. :ohshit:

Alrite, there was somewhere between 1-5 other points I could've attempted on the concept of men being "visually driven".

This is the only one I'll post to keep this relatively short.... (with pictures to hopefully prevent ppl from falling asleep reading it)

Which of the following are evidence men are "visually driven"?:

(Was it a custom whereby women placed increasing numbers of metal rings round their necks to elongate them?)
ringsneckouch.jpg

(The custom whereby women traditionally place extremely large plugs through their ears?)
earplugouch.jpg

(Or, was it the custom of gradually bending a woman's feet until the bone's in them broke and their feet looked like this?)
boundfoot.gif

All of these things were considered "beautiful" and "appealing" to the men of certain cultures in certain eras & they were all things women adhered to and followed to please their men.

If indeed men are "visually driven". Please explain how concepts of beauty and physical attractiveness can differ so massively between cultures, countries and different historical eras.

It possible every era has its own ideas and concepts of what beauty and physical attractiveness are.

It may not be an appearance of beauty that appeals to men, moreso a concept of it people are indoctrinated if not brainwashed into believing via their environment and common opinion.

In this, it may be more accurate to say that men are mentally driven in terms of following beliefs of beauty and attractiveness inherent within the culture they're born into, rather than visually driven in terms of there being some objective and universal standard of aesthetics that is followed.

Blah, blah, blah.

This is basically my "I don't care, but I guess I should make a 0.000001% effort to respond & argue the point" post.

:gasp:

But riddick, now I see your true agenda here. This whole time you've been trying to make it seem as if you were just interested in proving that men weren't visually stimulated so that women know that there are "good guys" out there... when really you're entire problem was that you just wanted to make it as though women do the same, as a way to put them down . Why do you hate women, Riddick? D:

Alex Jones can do a documentary on me. :cookie:

Apparently I have conspiracies in places I'm not even aware I have conspiracies.

Damn, I'm good.

On a more serious note, I guess I like to kid myself and believe I'm not like most guys & that I'm someone who cares more about character than bewbs or what a person looks like, etc. In that the idea of all men adhering to some projected standard of visual aesthetics and materialism is something I feel compelled to disagree with as I think I'm an exception to so-called social norms.

Riddick, you're hilarious. Also, your little "video" as evidence of women being just as visual as men is just ludicrous. Clearly the dude in it was obviously full of himself and videos like that could've been staged or scripted. Credible evidence? I think not. Speaking of evidence guess what I found moar. :awesome:

The above quotations I used as empirical evidence weren't psychological based or sociological based; it was more based on biology by the way. As well as being steeped in the field of neuroscience. Lol, I'm reciting someone's opinion in blind faith? What in the actual fuck? What part of: I'm citing actual evidence to support my claims do you not seem to understand, bro? Actually, I do disagree with your claims. I disagree with your statement of, "men being assholes is liek ttly related to men being visual creatures k." I also completely disagree with men not being as visually-oriented when it comes to sexual arousal. Why? Because there is evidence of it and when it is directly challenged with further theoretical and scientific evidence from the READ: scientific and medical community then I will cease to post it as being scientifically and medically factual. Until then, I have reason to believe that what i posted is far more credible than your little video. Nice try though. :monster:

I may be able to dispute that. :cookie:

But, if people are laughing and enjoying themselves, continue plz. :elmo:

Yes....a bicep. Because biceps get me going, I know that for sure.

I was actually wondering how much they payed those women to participate in that video, because legally they shouldn't be allowed to show those women's faces unless they knew about it, right :hmmm:
Too bad there was no camera inside his wallet....:mokken:

Too bad he didn't wear a shirt that says: "I'm full of myself, stare at my crotch, k plz".

And on the back it could say: "I'm incapable of conducting scientific research because I have a guilty look on my face, even ur mom said so".

:awesome:

Meh.

The burning question is, have you ever even had sex Richard...or even seen a pair of boobs beyond a computer screen, or just facts copy pasted from... wherever the fuck

The burning question is, have you ever even had sex Richard...or even seen a pair of boobs beyond a computer screen, or just facts copy pasted from... wherever the fuck

How is that a question? :hmm:

I get the feeling you'll say I'm "12 years old/a virgin/living in my parent's basement" now.

Just because I don't mindlessly & brainlessly recite the things everyone else says.

Go ahead! :elmo:

You don't need me to answer questions for that.

No, you just mindlessly and brainlessly recite everything else on the internet

Bro, she just questioned your sex life and then let you know what was really good with you.

No, you just mindlessly and brainlessly recite everything else on the internet

I don't recite.

I did explain what I wanted to say very poorly, though.

Its like this.

1. Some cultures are known for believing obese women were more attractive than skinny women. People believed obese women were better for childbirth & other things & that obese women were therefore superior mates. Therefore, men grew up believing obese women were more beautiful than anorexic women and an obese woman was more likely to be chosen as a wife over a woman who was thin. Look at artwork considered exotic or 'sexy' from past eras. Have you ever noticed how many of the women have high BMI or are BBW's?

2. This may show concepts of physical beauty are variable based upon circumstances and the prevailing opinion of an era. A person believes someone is beautiful not because they actually are. But, because they were raised and indoctrinated into a system of belief relating to what is hot and what isn't.

3. As with religion, everyone tends to beleive that they know everything, they have all the answers and their way of doing things is the "one true faith". Well, if we have all the answers, why is the divorce rate so high? Why are there so many sexually unfulfilled and unhappy people in the world? Maybe we don't have as many answers as we might think.

4. So, of course, anyone with too much time on their hands like myself who disagrees with the status quo, tries to think independently, or have their own opinion is shunned and looked down upon.

5. Blah, blah. I don't necessarily give a fk. And, I really don't care. It just surprises me how things that seem so obvious, lowbrain and mundane to me are things people accuse me of copying and pasting from other places.

I feel like its not even worth putting effort into explaining as everyone should know this shit by now.

But, somehow, that's not the case... :ness:

Bro, she just questioned your sex life and then let you know what was really good with you.

Well, hopefully, she'll give me more funny stuff for sig quotation purposes.. :ohshit:

What the fuck did I just read? What are you trying to even say to me right now? How is some shit video proof of shit again? You forgot that part. Oh yes, that's because its not proof of shit. Even you have to know this.

Too bad the guy couldn't stop staring at that chicks tits long enough to conduct his "syentifick expurrmint"

So, once again; What proves this video is genuine, how is it viable evidence and why should we take some crappy video seriously?

What are you saying? You just proved even more that men are visually driven whether its having foot fetishes, mutating women's bodies or liking tits and ass, they are visually driven; this thread isn't about differing views of the beauty definition its about men and them being visually driven.

By the way; The United Nations and human rights groups have expressed their deepest concern regarding the “particularly alarming” high figures of victims of rape and sexual violence, in particular in Eastern Burma.67 -- 2006, The Special Rapporteur on the situation of human rights in Myanmar.

Just to point out one. Because the Kayan Women, live in Myanmar/Burma.

Aws, don't worry your pretty head about what I said. :argh:

Enough disagreement, no point in responding. :ohshit:

As for the rest........

1. In some countries, in some eras of history, men viewed thin women as being more attractive than obese women.
2. In some countries, in some eras of history, men viewed obese women as being more attractive than thin women.

My question to you - how can men be visually driven if both skinny AND obese women were considered ideally "gorgeous" at different times in different places?

I would say, its not an appearance which excites or drives men to be attracted to a specific 'look' or 'appearance' characteristic / quality.

Its the ideas, labels and psychological / emotional triggers attached to it as well as them having being exposed to certain beliefs and ideas regarding physical attractiveness during their formative years as their personality and worldview developed.

Sounds crazy, I know! But, the world can be a crazy place, possibly it fits right in!

:cookie:

Going to sleep, don't worry / think too much about what I said. Its really not important enough to get excited over, and neither am I. ^_^

Different times/places, you just answered you're own damn question. The thing people crave for today, is skinny back then it was God knows what; the fact is whether men force women to mutate their necks and feet, lose of gain weight; men are driven visually, stop getting off tangent. The question is are men more visually driven, not what is the reason they are.

My question to you - how can men be visually driven if both skinny AND obese women were considered ideally "gorgeous" at different times in different places?

You'll find the answer to your dumb question, in you're own post, Padawan.

Whether you like big asses, small asses, weird feet, normal feet, big girls, thin girls, short necks or long necks; its gets you going because you see it and it visually stimulates you.

You probably can't name why pedophiles find little underdeveloped girls attractive, huh? That's because what gets one man visually stimulated, doesn't always do it for the other.

You are right though Riddick men rape because they love their victims personality./SAR-FUCKING-CASM

Sounds crazy,

You said it.
