Voting 1 because its amazing. The colours are fantastic and I love the splashy water effect on it, also I've never seen text look so great!
2 although I like the colours i think it was a little bit flat, specially if you compare it to 1 where the text almost looks 3d, like its going to pop out at you through the screen!

The text is so shiny and and I love that "splashy water effect" as Toni has said. Can't think of a better way to describe it. XD

Looks like a landslide for #1 . ^^; I also voted for #1 for the reasons stated above (3D effect, splashy water look, etc.). Overall, the text stood out a lot more and the colors were more vibrant.
However, I did like the pastel shades in #2 , the background was kinda neat with the 0s and 1s, and the text even had a nice amount of detail in the letters. Unfortunately, it's a little flat though. It would have been nice if the text could stand out a lot more from the background. :/ And for some reason the 3D pop effect with the shadowed text did not work here. I guess the outline has to be darker?
