[SOTW] Discussion

lol new games pretty much have consumed my life...which means not much PS'ing and stuff >___<
 
Yeah, understood.

As you guys can see, no new guidelines for this week. Bit of a hectic week for me, and quiet on the forum, so. Picking up next saturday!
 
We will be continuing SOTW this Saturday (the 12th), hopefully we will get some entries in this time around, even though there's a hectic few days coming up for all of us most likely.

Hope to see some faces around this upcoming SOTW. Is there anything you guys would like to see as far as the rewards go? ;)
 
Due no entries, SOTW 73 will be skipped. I'll leave this week be as well. New guidelines will be available next week. =]

Can we do a be-the-first-to-snag-a-render theme?

I've seen this done before. You provide a certain amount of renders (depending on who enters so about five for us) and people have to claim the render they'd like to take.

You could provide the set of renders, and when you put up the Guidelines you show the renders to choose from. one by one, members pick a render (that someone else hasn't claimed).

And the people would have to PM you and tell you what render they chose. IDK. it seems easier on the other forums but im explaing it like an idiot :lew:

That sounds like a great idea! I actually really like it.

Instead of closing the Guidelines, I'll leave it open, people have to post one of the links, or say the number of the render they claim. :D I'm in for that week :ohoho: Maybe we can do two of those in a row. You BETTER make sure you dedicate yourself to this for the next two weeks then, woman! :D

Lmfao. You're not explaining like an idiot. What do you think of my idea? Because else I might get 50 PMs (LOL as if we have that many artists') saying I WANT THIS RENDER, and I have to PM them with the ones already picked. It would make it non-anonymous though, so thoughts, people?

Also, omfg those renders. Yes, we're so doing this theme. Help me decide on how to go about it. :wacky:
 
oh, i was originally going to say people should claim the render in the guidelines thread but i wasnt sure if you'd go for that. but if you're game then so am i. i think that's best option.

i am glad i made some sense lmao :lew:
