Make a post going to sleep. Farro was in the middle of moving so let's assume and be hopeful that she's trying to get her interwebs up and running again. And when that happens we can all move forward.

Well I can't make my post going to sleep when one of my characters was trying to interact with another, only to be flat out ignored. I say just make the time skip, don't bother waiting for others to make sleeping posts.
Good point, "Gav"... But really, isn't a section for Activity level a tad bit overboard? Are you supposed to change it every time your life decides "I'm busy this week"?
If somebody is a notorious "Bailer" then discrimination is somewhat needed for the greater good of the roleplay, but to inforce people to specfically state when they come on is pretty OTT. In an extreme case you'd get some person or another who veto's a member out of a roleplay, just because they weren't on "as much as they stated".
Godmod's, metagamer's etc. are another story entirely.
Honestly, if there were an activity level section, it should only apply to if you are going for a main role. Side roles can usually be edited out or possibly even nonexistent. But again, like CC said, it's variable so you can't expect people to always be on the same way they started.
