With what Lan is currently doing right now, I kinda half expect a six general to pop in behind him or something. XD 'Character has nothing to do but read boring paper XD'
Besides, I do plan on the Pirate walking away with the two mirrors, but since it's so much fun to screw him over and make an ass of himself, I wanna continue doing just that.
Okay, big problem. How can he see a mirror that's in a mithril metal case, strapped to Fratley's chest underneath his armor? Even if he could see under the armor, he can't see the mirror itself.
A suggestion, because I think this would fit into Pirate's MO rather well. Right now, all of Burmecia is on alert, and even at his skill, I doubt the Pirate can swipe both mirrors. But if Pirate was to 'escape' and hide out in the city for a while, Fratley would hand the mirror off to the king, and Puck would send Fratley and Freya to drive out any remaining forces from Cleyra. During the stand-down time, that's when Pirate would make his move and snatch the mirrors while the kingdom is in recovery and the forces are out reclaiming Cleyra.
Yeah, perhaps when the group (us) moves on from Burmecia, The Pirate makes his move, saves us having another confrontation so soon with him. And with the majority of us in the same area as Pirate, I doubt he'd be able to comfortably steal from Fratley without someone attacking him.
Yeah, I think it is a good call. Since the Pirate is incapable of completing his objective what with almost half the main characters up his tail, both literally and figuratively, and his aerial squadron down to about 30% of it's strength, (soon to be 20% with the Oblige going to surrender) The Pirate by now knows that even trying to find the mirror at this point would be tantamount to suicide.
hey sorry about my abscence recently, i will read the last page or so of post to see whats currently happening and then i shall jump back in, if thats okay with everyone.
