A war that would become know as the 50 year war. All starting from when Zelmonia, a once independent country now ruled by Ordallia, asked for the king of Ivalice, Denamada II, to directly invade Zelmonia. He did so when the current king of Ordallia, Devanne III, fell ill and died on his death bed with no successor.
Denamada II declared himself the rightful heir to the throne of Ordallia and sent his armies of the Northern, Southern and Eastern sky. Ordallia retaliated by having Devanne III cousin, Vario VI, become king of Ordallia, and hence the war that would soon become the 50 year war started.
20 years into the war, no signs of any one side gaining any foothold on the other. Ivalice Northern Sky army now lead by the famous Barbaneth Beoulve, The Southern Sky lead by Cidolfus Orlandeau, the Eastern Sky lead by Goffard Gaffgarion, are all beginning another campaign into Ordallia. While the King of Ivalice and its nobles began to hire a group of assassins and spies known as Khamja to support the armies of the skies.
Ordallia began to raise its armies and had allied itself with Romanda, which lies to Ivalice southern boarder, have both began to try and invade Ivalice.
While all this is going on the Church of Glabados, which lies inside Ivalice, began to send out its own Templar knights lead by High Confessional Marcel Funebris on what they called a holy quest, but neither country knew what it was.
So this will be taking place about 20 years into the 50 year war, so estimate ages of the Original Characters based on that.
3 characters for a person, you can create your own and use one from of the Original people (Cidolfus, Barbaneth, etc.) If you use one of them just make a quick bio, use FFwikia if you have to, to make sure the information is correct.
