Generally, I have found that Kefka/Terra images have such eerier or fantastic art that I just have to post it. I thought they portrayed the mental part of the whole "enslavement" thing pretty well to, so I thought the club would enjoy them.

Those arts! They are just beautiful, the Kefka, Celes and Terra art is my favorite looks like an add that would be done for FFVI if it was a television show, like Vampire Diaries or something xD
That sixth piece of art is cool, but the style is very odd, but that's just my opinion

Amano's for sure. I like Nomura's work and all, but in my honest opinion, I did not like Nomura's interpretation of Terra, artistically or characteristically. Amano's art is full of difference and uniqueness that is fantastic in an artist. Its also very beautiful and mysterious. BUT! I do love that Nomura remembered Terra's eyes are, in fact, purple. That's something I really like, but the blond hair really throws me off. lol

I agree, his Terra in Dissidia wasn't BAD but it didn't really give me an original Terra vibe, possibly because the blond hair but I think when he does that sharp looking art it just can really be an annoying style at times.

I have to also say Amano, he has many styes varying from an artistic and classic style to a more anime and manga style like what is common in RPG's.

Update! I found some lovely pieces of Terra with her family. I've come across a lot of Terra art, but her with her family is pretty rare. So I thought I should share it with the other Terra fans!

Gestahl and Kefka would've wanted the child's abilities & raised her as a soldier. Madonna and Maduin would never have seen Terra while she was being mind controlled.
The only difference, if Maduin and Madonna were still alive they may have crossed paths with Terra sometime after she joined the Returners.

I think it would be totally different, Kefka would have been curb stomped by Maduin from the very beginning - ends that problem - and Terra would never have been mentally scarred from his...tortures, but she also would never have met Edgar, Locke and Celes -- which would be sad, because they are her good friends -- but then again they were and became her good friends because they helped her through her various mental/personal healing journey's. I think all in all, the Terra that came through would still be the one we love now though.The game would just be absoultely different; too many differences to count

I think it would almost the same but there would be alot of differences, Terra would be more or less 'normal', Kefka would get curb stomped, Maduin would join the Returners the game itself would be a different story altogether. you know that would make for a good fix fan fiction if a good writer took that idea and run with it. Unfortuantely I am not one of them. T_T

2. I wish that she would be more open or sociable. I am not that much better myself but she seems to be emotionless.
3. I would say that the time she was promoted to motherhood. It feels almost like a metaphor for having a child pop in your while you are still finding yourself. I am not parent but I see this a lot in real life and often times it is not an easy task. Unforunately, unlike in real life Terra was mostly by herself with the orphans.
That is a good word to describe her as, Guernsey! I would have picked a word that matched one thing about her, and not a word that fit her (incapable of writing down thoughts).

As for the rest, I definitely agree with you. I would have loved to see more of her time as a mother and how it began. It would, at least, be very interesting to read about it. Maybe a novella or whatever it is called. I would buy it, and whatever else they made for it FFVI.
