The Divided Factions
In the year 2014, the world was attacked by unknown entities, Earth was utterly beaten and almost crushed by this unknown force. Millions of millions of people were murdered, raped and pillaged. In one final attempt to defeat this enemy, the world's Government worked together to deliver one fatal blow. Every single nuclear bomb was directed towards the ship known as The Entity and severely crippled it. The ship crashed and the Earth's forces believed they won. However, they did not expect what happened next.
A mass force of humanoid creatures appeared from within the ship. They all looked human except for there exotic colours of skin and vivid hair, they were incredibly smart and physically fit and spoke all the dialects of the human race. They were known as the "Vast". They surrendered, but they were not exterminated, many countries wanted the aliens to live and let them thrive with us, due to this, war broke out between the two factions, the exiles, the small group who wished for the Vast to live with us, and the Liberators, the large amount of the population who despised the Vast and wanted to kill them.. Almost a hundred years passed as war continued, it began to settle, with only minor skirmishes in remote parts of the world.
On the eve of the 100th year of war, a truce was delegated between the factions, this is where our story begins. The Vast, who were forced from their homes, have thrived on Earth and become friends with many of the human natives. The Exiles, a kind group, wanting to live peacefully alongside the Vast. And the remaining Liberators, the haters of the Vast, wanting to crush them at all costs through acts of terrorism, not caring if anyone else is killed in the meantime. Will you seek to crush the Vast? Do you wish to live happily at all costs? Or do you want peace even if you must fight to gain it?

Rene Skylar - Sky City Barracks
The boy yawned as his sergeant ran him through the procedures of the day. His startling blue eyes wandered around the metal-plated barracks as many soldiers around him listened attentively.
"Today is an important day people!" The sergeant said joyously, he was pacing the room and noticed that Rene wasn't playing attention. "Captain Skylar! At attention!" He ordered, Rene snapped out of his daze and stood up speedily.
"Sir!" Rene said saluting, he was grinning slightly as the sergeant stared down on him.
"I would be most happy indeed if you paid attention Captain!" The sergeant shouted, despite having a slight smile on his face.
"Implants can be a bit of a bitch huh?" Rene smirked, the sergeant nodded, thinking of his own implants and their side-effects.
"Anyway! As you may have not heard, your job is to keep an eye out for any rebel Liberators and keep them from disturbing the peace." The sergeant told him of his mission. Rene frowned, something which the sergeant saw. "I know it's not your usual job kid, but with the war almost over, there ain't that much to do."
"I know, I know. It's just... Guard duty! Seriously! Boring as hell..." Rene muttered as he sat back down.
"Heh heh, right you lot! off to work! You know your sectors now keep it safe out there!" The sergeant shouted.
"Yes sir! Sergeant Anders sir!" The human and Vast replied, all except Rene. They all stood up in unison and began to file out of the room, Rene dawdling at the back. "What's wrong Skylar?"
"I dunno, I don't feel like somethings right. It feels like we're missing something." Rene told him, scratching the back of his head.
"I know how ya feel but best you get to your sector, if anything goes on I'll call you in. Deal?"
"Heh, you got it bro'!" Rene smirked as he gave a thumbs up and left the room.

Leon Leinhart - Sky City Slums
"Everything is ready sir." A raggedly clothed man said to Leon Leinhart. The man nodded his approval and lifted the large brown collar covering his mouth. The man ran off, to do other things Leon assumed. As soon as the man left, a woman, a lot smaller than Leon walked forwards.
"Hello there Leon." The woman said as she stood next to him and leaned against the wall. Leon's dark brown eyes flashed at the woman as he nodded in response. "Everything going to plan?"
"Yeah, everything's in place. It'll happen soon." Leon replied as several men went past them. He looked to the ground to keep them from seeing him.
"Still being searched for?" The woman asked.
"Yeah, why are you here Saab?" Leon asked, turning to the woman. She had long black hair and dark blue eyes. Leon could tell she was armed with a handgun but it was holstered.
"I'm Liberator as well you know." The woman named Saab replied. "Is Eagle Eye in place?"
"Yes, if you don't mind I have things to do." Leon told her as he re-lifted his collar and turned away. "You know where the rendezvous is. I'll meet you there with the others."
"Ha. See you later Leon." The woman smirked as the man walked away. "Foxy to Eagle Eye." The woman said as she pressed something in her ear. "Come in Eagle Eye."
"I'm meant to be maintaining radio silence Foxy." The man known as Eagle Eye replied over the radio. "What do you want?"
"Ooh cold as usual. You in place for the job?" Saab asked.
"Yeah and it's friggin cold up here. Winds not too bad, good day for an assassination."
