Appearance:being half vast Josh looks compleatly blue with darker blue hair and white eyes, he generaly wears black jeans and trainers with a white tank top and black gloves to help gripping trees for agility and speed training.
Personality:a young boy in the eyes of the vast and nearly a grown man in the eyes of humans josh has been very confused over the past year and a half, however he is always smiling and ready to try new things, josh has a good sense of humor and will laugh at a joke, even if he's the butt of it.
History:His mother was an exile, and fell in love with his father when he left the ship, he gets strange looks from liberators when hes walking around citys, as a result the family moved to the country, Josh hasn't needed any implants for stat increases as although hes half human he seems more vast than human.

Like Tipsy said, any weapon larger than a handgun is classed as illegal unless you're a member of the military but other than that you're accepted.

Mes, sadly I cannot accept this bio, it is extremely lacking in detail, can you make your appearance more detailed, also make your history more in-depth. And lastly, the Vast have only been on the planet for about 100 years so your character could not have seen her parents killed as it was 120 years ago.
