The Eternal Fantasy [RP]

OOC: Will the Volturi be in this?

Letitia watched impassively, not interfering on either side, though the effort took every ounce of mental strength she possessed. The human girl's blood was so... tantalising... so alluring. She wanted it, but would resist her temptations. She sensed that invoking the wrath of the vampire that seemed to tail her like a lost puppy would be very unwise.

Then as she saw Rene approaching the human's fan club and warning them off, she let herself retreat into the shadows, until only her violet eyes were visible. How odd it was that this vampire seemed to always be at the human's side. A vampire, finding love with a human in this dingy little town? It seemed unlikely, yet there it was. She would have to think about this...

Faith opened her eyes to see that Rene had arrived acting as the so-called hero of this tragic little tale. Anyone, but Rene! God, she didn't want to get seriously hurt here if he was trying to be heroic. She felt her breathing was loud and quick again now that the man holding her had let her go. She coughed slightly as well because she had been panicking all this time. On the other hand, she wasn't impressed when one fo them advanced on Rene and mocked him for his paleness.

And then it happened again.

They'd suddenly looked scared and backed off away from him. How could they be scared of a freshman? Rene was tall and probably looked too old to be one, but that was just impossible. The way he spoke about hurting and killing them made Faith realise that she shouldn't have underestimated him at all. It still made her feel confused, but it was almost as if she didn't recognise him anymore. The men walked off and she felt relieved. The worst part was just to come ...

He was smiling after doing that? Cocky, arrogant git.

"I ... if you don't mind, I ..." she was lost for words, captivated by his superhuman beauty. Faith pulled herself together. "My godfather, he works at the police station. It's nearer, quicker and ... he's due to finish work in another half hour." Her tone was nervous, but a little bit calm.

The peppermint spray was still in her shaking hand. She pocketed it quickly, possibly thinking she could have been more scared of Rene than those other guys. It was strange, but she felt a little more relaxed around him at the same time. This really was a strange night. Well, whatever happened from now, she was keen not to let Robert or Patricia know she'd just been hurt from those punks.

Rufus paced around in the piano room seemingly impatient as if he was waiting for something or someone to arrive...periodically he would sniff the air and listen intently as if he was trying to catch scent or sound of whomever it may be he was expecting.

After a few moments, Rufus made his way to the door and peered out of a small crack in the door, big enough for him to peer through and make out the horizon outside, nothing but stillness with the exception of the wind blowing through the trees...

Rufus took a deep breath and opened the door, to see a small brown package on the doorstep... "Still here" he muttered to himself acknowledging that he had left the package there "Perhaps there running late, but I dont have time to keep an eye out" he continued to mutter to himself as he made his way back into the piano room and opened a door leading to a basement.

As he decented into the basement, various documents and scientific equipment could be found, there was a waste paper basket in the corner that hadnt been emptied for days and was overflowing with scrap-paper.

Rufus looked at a document on the table and seemed to ponder over it a second for crumpling it up angrily and throwing it into the waste paper basket along with the rest...

"Why does it turn out the same everytime, How in the world am I supposed to get my hands on vampire blood without risking my life or being discovered by humans....Start again, there has to be another way" Rufus muttered as he picked up a textbook and began to scrawl down calculations and different ingredients and possible effects and side effects with his nail upon the wall....it seems Rufus had done this a lot as most of the walls had been covered with the same mathmatical symbols and calculations but scratched off due to them not being to Rufuses desired use....

The ones that had not been scratched out upon the walls were cures for vampirisim, an elixir to control the effects of bloodlust, and a suppressant for full-moon transformations. he also had several vials of liquid marked with labels concluding that he had successfully synthesized these "un-tested" potions... but the one answer he seeked, the one breakthrough he couldnt seem to make....A cure for his own problem....A Cure for Lycanthropy....

Avalon smiled "So my old friend rene has taken a liking for this girl too?" He laughed as he rode past the on the bike, knowing that, if rene was paying any attention would notice what had ridden past, then as soon as he was out of earshot he said to himself "Well, lets see if she stays when she finds out what he is"

Rene's car wasn't far away, the small silver Ferrari was motionless on the corner of the street, purring slightly as the engine remained on. Rene opened the passenger side door and waited for Faith to get in. What am I doing!? Rene thought as he held the door open, the wind was beginning to pick up and a cool breeze swept through the town. I could kill her in a second and I'm taking her to her godfather! In a car! Alone!

What are you doing Rene! You'll get her killed for sure!

They walked towards Rene's small silver Ferrari, which wasn't far away, considering it was at the corner of the street. The engine was still on, prompting Faith to question why he so happened to be in the neighbourhood tonight. Sure, Forks wasn't the biggest town, but to be at the same place at the perfect time was no coincidence. She noticed he'd opened the passenger side door and waited for her to get in.

"Thanks," she said quietly, as she got inside, unaware of the danger she was putting herself into.

There was a cool breeze that swept through the town and Faith could hardly contain the disappointed look on her face. She didn't like rain - and was hoping it wouldn't rain since it usually did after wind. She'd learned that in the past month of staying here in Forks.

It was only then Faith began to question what she'd just done. You're going to Robert in a stranger's car. Ok, maybe not a stranger, but still ... this is wrong. So wrong, Faith. I don't even know the guy and Robert will surely ground me for sure, but ...

Avalon had second thoughts, rene wasnt as controlled as he was. Avalon swung the bike around and headed back, intending to follow them just incase anything happened
it started to rain when he got back to near where rene was parked, which meant that if avalon lost him it would be harder to follow the scent "i just wont lose him" Avalon told himself

Parking the Monster truck into the garage, Gabriel sighed aloud at his forgetfulness and left for his room.

"Rene!" Gabriel shouted. "You ready to hunt?"

Silence followed. "Tsk, no one's home?"

... And more silence. Gabriel sighed aloud again," Hate to be correct like this.."

Teleporting into his own room, he placed the keys on the table and laid on the bed. Closing his eyes, he pretended to sleep. "Really. That girl earlier.. What is she? Human? To have a blood this.. tempting.." He mused.

Felius decided leaving his backpack and leave for a walk around Forks. While doing so, he spoted Faith and Rene near a Ferrari in about 500 meters. "Oh... It's him..." Felius didn't gave any importance to it and continued walking towards a bar opened.

Arriving at the bar, Felius noticed a dance floor not to big but yet not so small. Perfect for dancing in pairs. Then it began to play some techno and the urges of dancing took over Felius body. Oh hell, they shouldn't have done that. He rushed to the balcony, ordered a small glass of coke, drank it in one sip and began dancing tecktonik.

The next 2 hours were of incredible excitment to him. And we still had to hunt.
