Finally went and posted gaize! Sorry it took me so long to get it done, I've just been super busy. I was in Chicago all day yesterday shooting at a studio for 5 freakin' hours. :gasp: Anyway, Damon, I posted so mine and your characters could react with one another. Hope that's okay.

EDIT:: Seeing as it's not really possible fer her to just pop up where the others are, she's in a tree near you, Mandi and Damon XDDDD

It's your choice as to whether you want to acknowledge she's there (She's hidden clearly) or let her keep thinking you're up to the dirty. <_<

I didn't feel like having her wandering around like a loner anymore seeing as everyone else has someone to include :gasp:

Name: Baldwin Glendale
Gender: Male
Age: 27

Personality: Baldwin has lived his entire adult life in the shadow of his older brother. As a result, he is a little arrogant and quite hotheaded. As he has grown older, he has mellowed ever so slightly, but he still maintains an attitude of superiority, especially around others. Baldwin is also a man of many words. While he rarely speaks without thinking, and is highly regarded for his intelligence, he still speaks often...perhaps to make himself heard and remembered like his brother. Though he may be regarded as a fine solider, he still has an unfortunate habit of acting rashly. Baldwin also hails from a religious empire, and thus has great devotion to his god, Filarhh.

Appearance: Baldwin is tall and thin. He stands at 6'2" (~188 cm), and weighs about 195 lbs (~88 kg). Baldwin is not overly muscular, but is well-toned from his time on the battlefield. He has a thin face, with pronounced cheek bones that give him an almost gaunt appearance. He has large, round eyes that have a dark brown color. He is clean shaven, and his face is clear of scars or blemishes. Baldwin's hair is dark blonde, and remains slicked back at all times...except for a wayward strand of hair in the front that hangs down over his forehead.

Clothing: Baldwin is rarely seen without his armor. When he is relaxing, however, he normally wears a simple white shirt and pants, the clothing he usually wears under his armor. Baldwin prefers to wear this so that he can be ready at all times to leap into battle...and he doesn't have much use for any other clothing.

Armor: If Baldwin is ever seen, there is a very high chance he will be wearing his prized armor, the Feather Mail. This armor has its unique name because it is enchanted with magics that enhance his speed by wearing it. The armor is made of a material called Baldr which carries inherent magics that make it a viable defense against both steel and sorcery. The armor is the color of standard steel, and includes a breastplate, leggings, and boots. Each piece has gold inlays, but the overall design of the armor is fairly simple. The armor also has a raised portion around its neck, for extra defense of the head. This is necessary because Baldwin does not wear helmets in combat.

Weapon: Baldwin wields the Notos, a unique rapier which is imbued with Holy magics. The "core" of the blade is a standard rapier blade. However, there is an additional blade that starts at the hilt and spirals out around the center. This outer part meets the center at the tip, providing a single stabbing point, but a wider slashing range than a standard rapier. This weapon, due to its Holy powers, is capable of dealing greater damage to dark enemies and the undead.

History: Baldwin hails from a distant land, the Holy Lodis Empire. In his home, the House of Glendale is well known, especially for their leadership of the Caliginous Order of the Knights Templar. Baldwin's older brother, Richard, has been the Commander of the Order for several years, and has amassed an impressive reputation in this time. Baldwin, being the younger, has always struggled under his brother's shadow. While he respects his brother and recognized his talent, Baldwin still craves recognition of his own. As a result, he has struck out on his own, trying to find new lands and treasures for the Holy Lodis Empire and their god. His travels have brought him to the small village of Nibel...but even he cannot be prepared for what awaits him...

Name: Sigmuss Vonstung III

Gender: Male

Age: 52

Personality: Extremely Zealous and Loyal to his cause, short tempered and irrational, slightly insane, egotistical

Appearance: 6ft 2 inches tall and extremely well built, age has no tell-tale signs on Sigmuss as far as his body goes, his face however shows the many battles he has seen, with deep sullen eyes and scars across his chin and underneath his left eye respectably, he walks with a slight limp in his left leg from a wound he picked up during the last war. sports short grey hair that is naturally spiked, with a short ponytail at the back.

Clothing/Attire: Long purple silken robes adorned with golden weaving and a crest of his order emblazoned on the breast and back, he wears a golden medalion with a crest of his order symbolising him as a general.

Armour: Deep purple plate armor that covers his entire body, he refuses to wear a helmet despite the scars upon his face, he wears a long sleeveless robe over the top of his armor, that is open at the front (due to the bulkiness of the plate armor) and is held tightly by a silver belt around the waistline... The armor is said to be enchanted and despite its cumbersome appearance is suprisingly light allowing for fluid movement without any cost to durability....on the back of the robe and etched upon the chest of the breastplate is the symbol of his order.

Weapon: "Shadow Avalon" a hulking deep purple bladed greatsword, adorned with etched markings along the centre of the blade and the hilt encrusted with jewels and lined with silver, the pommel is again a crafted symbol of his order. The Shadow Avalon as it is known, is an enchanted greatsword, allowing its user to swing the blade as if it were as light as a one handed weapon, and can break the ground asunder or move the air its swung through into a cutting vaccum that can slash through flesh and even the lighter plate armor. Sigmuss and this sword are like one and fight in perfect unison often being able to quickly break the ground asunder and launch the broken rubble at adversaries with the air vaccum or leap to great heights, by propelling himself up with a downward swing on the blade, before crashing into enemies....blade-tip first!

History: Once a respected member of the Caliginous Order of the Knights Templar and of noble birth Sigmuss was a proud young man that fought in his family name during the first relic war, however his brutal fighting style and the fact that any squad he lead would be under "take no prisoners" orders would soon see him kicked out of the order for being a barbaric butcher, word quickly spread and Sigmuss was disowned by his family to save face, disgusted by this Sigmuss left the Lodris empire and loaned his skills as a sell-sword to whomever paid the right price. He often took jobs plundering villages and killing innocents which only sated his lust for combat for a short time, He eventually went back to the Lodris empire and pleaded to be allowed to fight within the ranks of the army in the upcoming battle to restore his honor.

The empire reluctantly accepted and Sigmuss fought alongside his countryman, but during the battle Sigmuss was seduced by a far greater power than he had ever known....The Shadow Relics!

As he came face to face with the holder of the Shadow Skill Relic, Sigmuss lowered his sword and knelt pledging his life and his sword to the Shadow Relic holders, he then turned on his comrades and slew many of them with his powerful greatsword now tainted by the corruption in his heart, he came face to face with the Commander of his former Order and after an intense battle was wounded and dragged from the battlefield by likeminded soldiers.

Sigmuss never saw the climax of the battle and that the Shadow Relic holders were ultimatley defeated, but instead made good of his pledge and formed his own order devoted to them. The Knights of the Shadow Order, many like-minded individuals joined with Sigmuss'es order after the war, all ready to serve the Shadow Relic holders until there last breath as Sigmuss had so pledged that fateful day!

p.s: thanks for putting down that order apollo made it much easier to explain how sigmuss'es shadow order came about :)

opening post made, hoping to make him and his order seem like a right bunch of evil and zealous gits, what better way than slaughtering an entire village of innocent people ;)

Evil Julius is uber scary, I'll give him that. It only proves you don't want to have him as your worst nightmare whatsoever. :monster:

Besides ... just out of curiosity, how long is the attack on Nilem going to last?
