If people don't vote before 12 I'm calling it, and we'll enter a second round of the final and members who voted today can vote again... But I realy don't want to do that. It should have ended at 11!

Well, that time has come! The winner of the Final Fantasy Boot and Immune game is... Vivi! Quite a deserving winner in my opinion, and quite glad he made it, even if I would have prefered Terra!

So... To all of you who took part in this game thanks for doing so, I realy, realy appreciate it. But now.. Let's all party for the love of Vivi!

Hmmm.. What awaits in the future? Well perhaps in a few days or so I might start a new one, revise the list of characters, put some new ones on, take some others off. But that depends on whether you guys would want that or whether you're jsut glad its over, lol.

Again, thanks for taking part in this game and helping get it off the ground, my first time trying to run this kind of game.
 
I'll start it tonight if people are waiting for it. I'll make the list and start it at about 11 tonight.
 
Ok guys I finally came up with a new list... I edited the old list, cut huge ammounts of characters and shoved loads more in.. I tried to include more lesser known or minor characters this time, and give them a chance to win something like this. Theres slightly more characters this time round (about 10 more than the begining of last round), putting the total at approximately 60 rather than 50 characters!

No Vivi this time since he won the last game.

I'll post the rules again for anyone just starting.

The idea is every person who wants to participate must pick one character to boot and one character to immune. Every 24 hours I will refresh the list and calculate the votes... Each round is a day, and the list will be checked at approximately 11pm GMT and will be re-calculated and the next round will begin. (Note.. I am human, and not a vampire.. Some days I may have other commitments, but will come for this at any opportunity). The game goes on until.. well there is a winner!

If a character gets 5 boot votes he/she will be booted from the competition, and will be removed from the list.

If a character gets 5 immune votes he/she will be immune from any votes for one round, and their votes for the next round go to 0 (ie. They are refreshed).

For your posting all you should do is, for example...

And Torbo, Terra can still be in the game. Decided against the "top 10 shouldn't be in the game" rule I was suggesting to you once and instead just took random characters out... Random characters and Vivi because he won last game.

Not neccessarily. I put new people in in the hope that some of those may come out quite strong in this game.

I don't mind if Terra doesn't win as there are other kool FF characters that deserve a spot in the final. That's why I'm late in defending her.
