Undoubtedly, the moment when Squall rescued Rinoa from drifting eternally through space and took her back to the ship, and then that beautiful music kicked in. Truly magical stuff.

Squall's speech in the garden, Squall reuniting with Rinoa after destroying the seal and the scene on the Ragnarok. Out of all, I'd think it was the Ragnarok scene. Eyes on Me + good scene = tears.
 
I have many favorite scenes. The most favorite of mine is Squall and Rinoa Reunited in FH and they chating during the garden festival in FH which performed by his gang. Next is the final scene where Squall and Rinoa met in time compression.

There's too many, I can't remember it all at once +_+

Errr, I have a file saved at that moment also. (feels less embarrassed about it)

Since that is one of my favourite scenes. The Starting credits are also good but you can just start a new game to see it.

The last one is the end after the battle with Ultimacea but you have to battle her in order to see it! So i probably watch that one the least if I need to! :P
 
For me, I think the most emotional scene was when Squall was carrying Rinoa's unconscious body to Esthar. It was just, so sad. Especially when he would talk to her, even though she couldn't hear him. It really pulled at my heartstrings, especially the fact that even if the rest of the gang hadn't shown up, he would've kept on by himself. [Also, the fact that he HIMSELF carried Rinoa, even after everyone showed up, was really touching.] The scene itself though is actually just as good all the way back to the part in the Infirmary. >< Uaaaahh, I love this game...There are more scenes, of course, but this was the most emotional one to me. X3
 
I admit: I used to hate Rinoa like crazy but now? She's starting to grow on me. So when I look back, at VIII, I'd say the most emotional scene, for me, would be when she and Squall are finally back in the Ragnarok and Esthar contacts them. They can finally return but Rinoa doesn't want to go, she just wants to stay there, with Squall, and just make time stand still. You could really feel, for her, right then. The two finally get close and then they have to go back, to a place, where they won't be allowed to be with one another. Very bitter sweet and sad, in my opinion.
 
For me it was the ending FMV....I am a sucker for Laguna and when there is that flash back of him and Raine, its gets a few tears going for me every time. With that beautiful melody in the back ground, then the cut to where Laguna was presently with Kyros, Ward and Ellone.

The ending, I always cry during the ending. Especially at the part with Laguna and Raine.

 
I like the FMV after Ultimecia where Squall is all alone in some isolated barren wasteland but eventually Rinoa and him find each other makes ya kinda think maybe love is a feeling and is more than just a word people use.
 
Rinoa and Squal at the Ragnarok, gets my vote. I can't help but sing along to the music. I've played through this game soo many times.

Also when Squall breaks Rinoa out the Sorceress Memorial. He's stroking her hair, which is kind of sweet, because Squall is normally so "whatever".

But the most emotional bit for me is when I lost alot of my rare cards to Edea... :(
 
I would have to say The Ragnarok, When Squall and Rhinoa talks after you do that dance scene and then everyone is dancing. I loved this part i made irvine tap dance,zell play piano i think and the others do something. Yeah...the part after that where Rhinoa and Aquall talked was a good scene :). Too many parts that i loved about this game.
