ok so me and my buddy decided we are going to beat all the FF games (collectivly, not each all XII). but anyway I decided to start with V and he decided to start with VI.
as I listen to VI being played I'm just really diggin the music in that game! I already bought "The Decisive Battle" off of iTunes XD

does anyone else love the music as much as I do?
 
I loved the music in final fantasy 6. it was awesome. Nobuo Uematsu's best until Final Fantasy 7 came along. at least, thats what i think
 
Yes, the music of FFVI is great. I think FFVII has EXTREMELY good song, which make the music of FFVI look like nothing, but I think the overall soundtrack of FFVI is better than FFVII (and the other FF games)
 
I loved the music in Final Fantasy VI. It just has that nostalgic feeling to it, while 7+ really doesn't. That's just my opinion though.
 
Yeah I my opinion, VI has some of the best music in the entire series. "Decisive Battle" is probably my favourite FF song period.
 
In all honesty to me, this game probably doesn't have my favorite "music" like in terms of songs that play through critical/memorable moments in the game, but it does have the best "character themes". I love Cyan's, SHADOW'S, Kefka's, Locke & Rachel's, Edgar & Saabin's, most of all.
 
I love the music in vi
especially Terra's theme, which I love so much I've learnt it on the flute :-)
 
FF7 only sounds good cuz it was a disc while FF6 was on cartridge.
FF6 is better than 7 in so many ways, music being one of the top reasons.
Just let FF7 die already!
