No I fought Julius awhile back for a test and I got pretty close on him.

*snort* probably because he didn't use his mod powers. otherwise, you wouldn't have hit him. pretty much, the mods control the rpg, so he could set you as level 1 with 1 on every stats. only reason he didn't during that battle is because he is an honorable person and fights fairly.

Yea but it's also because it was a SeeD test and that would be unfair. He didn't use his ultimate murder spell (the name of which I have forgotten) but he did use his pet which was a total bitch.

I did well though and got a 100 on the test

Yea Guardia asked for more Wolf Fangs and I have 21 but he hasn't been on since.
