Tifa vs Zell

I think tifa would win, she is smarter than Zell so it wouldn't be hard to make him do something dumb- maybe even trick him into killing himself or lay a trap. Also consider that as fight wears on and if magic is used zell would weaken and tifa would not.
 
I think you should include Yang and Snow in the mix. Although I believe they stand a chance against Zell and Tifa.
