Ok so they've already got this game for the NES and the GBA - are they taking it one step too far by making a PSP version?

i think they are, this is a release just for the money IMO but its also a good thing - as it allows people who are without a GBA or DS to play the game for the first time ever.

There will always be too much of FF2 after the first version they had on the NES. Personally, I think its the worst FF ever.

I thought it was alright, even though I have it for the DS, I'll end up buying it anyway.

But yeah, I'm kind of upset with all the remakes they're making these days to support what is probably the FFVII remake *ugh*...

Meh, they have 3 versions of FFIV, FFV, and FFVI, so might as well bump up more availability for the 3 other older games.

Personally I think it's too much, but eh, must appease the fanbase...

Its a great thing that they keep re-releasing them. That way they will live on forever!

i wanna get it for psp cus i haven't got a ds anymore :'(

I think it's great n all......BUT, Square-Enix need to get their act together n release Final Fantasy 7 , re-made on the PS3. That is what we want. To be completely honest, i'll buy these games and spin-offs, but the main game we all want is Final Fantasy 7 on the PS3. I have a very sneaky suspicion that Square-enix is re-making all these games to get us in the mood for a FF7 remake. Wishful thinking?

Yeah, there's way too many versions. Kinda overwhelming and sometimes I'll freak out and wonder if I'm missing out, especially since I don't have PSP or NES. I can always use my siblings GBA, but I don't typically like using it. =/ I've played FFII for about 2 hours on Playstation, and I don't really like it. So now they're coming up with these new releases, and I kinda have mixed feelings about it.

I don't really see the point in making so many... but I guess as long as there is profit and they don't change the story, I don't really care. It's not like they're doing it to hurt themselves, so if it gets in the hands of more people this way, I can't complain.

Well if it sell copies, why not? And many people who have a PSP may not have a GBA, so they can reach more customers by putting it on the PSP.

I think that it may be too many but at least they are actually putting a ff game out for psp players though i much rather would have ffvii or any other newer game i guess that it will do for the time being since they also have the tactics built into it
